so here is my thoughts
First off I got my hopes up fairly high simply because it sounded like this was all going to be pretty cake walk and things would move fast and things would work well
Then we saw that farm house and now it feels like things aren't going to go as fast or as well as planned
and I feel that Wendel really won't have much interest in to sell his land and that Wendy is asking to much and that it won't be manageable for us in any way
And then comes the coming up there part. We both want to come up there but living in an apartment isn't really a option as we are pretty much in the same boat now and that means nothing will have changed and money will be saved no differently
And then there is the finding something to place at your guys land and stay there till something comes up, but I feel as if that was the case it could be awhile to do it
I'm not saying we don't want to do this.. it just we both feel kind of deflated after we went and saw that place and both feel that things are going to take a longer than it may seem and I know you keep saying we need to be patient
but we are both at a point in our lives where we want our own plce, a place to call home and be able to put our name to something and eventually have money and some equity
