Hi,
I bought a Scott hybrid on the 16th April (I have the receipt in my car and will double check the date if necessary). The seat wobbles quite badly and moves back and forth freely, thinking I would just be able to tighten it I put the job off until today.
I tried to remove the seat about to take a closer look, here was where the problem began. The seat post is stuck in the frame (I have entirely removed the collar), no amount of trying to turn/twist and pull will make it budge. The collar is lubricated well, so it appears that the post must have been forcibly hammered into the frame.
In addition I have inspected the saddle mount and it appears that the bolt is fully tight, so the seat will wobble until I go and buy another.
I am not satisfied as I thought your organisation were professionals...
