22:24 <phadthai> assuming that water oxygenation is an actual factor when
brewing tea, once the water boiled and is cooled down, it'd be
possible to aerate it
22:24 <phadthai> I wonder if there exist brewing vessels with fine bubble
aeration :)
22:25 <phadthai> it'd not be hard to create
22:28 <phadthai> apparently oxygen-saturated water expunges out some noxious
gasses such as carbon dioxide, methane or hydrogen sulfide
22:28 <phadthai> which might be a factor in water quality possibly
22:29 <phadthai> not sure if it also helps against chlorine, but possibly;
refrigerating water helps, and the colder water becomes the
better its oxygen solubility
22:30 <phadthai> "One of the drawbacks to fine bubble aeration is that the
membranes of ceramic diffusers can sometimes clog and must be
cleaned in order to keep them working at their optimum
efficiency."
