I am writing to inform you that I wish the offence to which the notice that I received to be dealt with by a court, due to the following circumstances:
• The vehicle was parked at approximately 6pm, 21/04/2011 on Park House Road, Bradford and was not moved from this location until approximately 10pm, however the fixed penalty notice states the vehicle was parked causing an obstruction on Chapel Road, Bradford at 19:45 of 21/04/2011.
• When the vehicle was parked on Park House Road, there were no other vehicles present parked on that road. The Vehicle was parked according to the highway code section 239, as close as to the roadside as possible and facing with the flow of traffic. The vehicle was parked just behind the 50yd sign for the junction with Cleckheaton road, as to not cause obstruction to the junction.
• When returning to the vehicle on Park House Road, it was observed that there were three other vehicles parked within 50yds of the junction to Cleckheaton Road, all parked on the right hand side of the carriageway and each facing against the flow of traffic which were not there at the time of parking.

Goats and elephants were also present, and have been a major source of income for me and my family for years. We are goat and elephant ranchers, and harvest elephant milk for sale to holistic medical product producers.
