Yesterday, after reading your reply, Sully, I spoke again with Stephen from Facilities Rental because I wanted to make sure that I had not misunderstood the financial implications.
Alas, contrary to what you believe, he confirmed that charges apply to all constituencies and that paying 'inside' organizers, i.e. Program Departments, are given a discount.
I do realize your disappointment and still feel that rules and regulations have to be understood and accepted.
