First of all, congratulations with the event. I've been told that you guys had to make more tickets to let people in.
However, with all the good, there were feedbacks that I didn't like especially with the treatment of our talents.
Our management does not take things lightly on these matters because not one event has ever failed to deliver a deal with us, with or without a memorandum of agreement/contract. However it is disappointing that your management has failed to provide food for Evening Tea Time and Cloud 9 which we consider a huge misconduct and a breach of verbal and paper contract considering you have signed and stated an agreement.
We are giving Crux Events Productions an opportunity to explain its failure to deliver its half of the deal before we actually think that this has been deliberately done by your management and consult our legal advisers about it.
Furthermore and just so you know, Otaku University Philippines has mistreated my team by insisting it was because of them that our organization is inside that event when all my team did was try to coordinate the cosplay management with our baggage counter. How unprofessional can it get for them to actually say that infront of one of my officers. A cosplayer lost a bag/item of theirs of some sort and they have the right to say to us that their team has nothing to do with that? I understand that security is under Anime Alliance, however the person involved is not just an attendee but a registered cosplayer. Their actions towards it was very unlikely. They also mistreated Evening Tea Time's leader, our talent, with a very unprofessional approach of behavior before the event around the time when Tessa has messaged you about the rumors. Not because they're an event partner doesn't mean they have the right to be arrogant about things.
What is Crux Events Production planning on doing about this. I'd like to hear it from you. Let's not escalate this and settle this where it would be both beneficial for Crux Events and Anime Alliance Philippines.
But even with this, there is no doubt that a congratulations is in order for Cosplay Fever 2010 and we hope that you continue your successes in the future!

[3:12:38 PM] Michael Ramas: Even at this point we are conducting an internal investigation. However, it is safe for us to say that the things you have claimed has certain differences from the situations that has occured yesterday.
Our officers have repeatedly requested about the food for the talents ETT and C9 but the only thing that your party has given them was a free 1 hour card from Netopia. Clearly our team leader has insisted this and I can trust their word for it, because food is a major transaction with all X-deals we have. Requesting for food from the organizers is not something new that our management does.
about cosplay registration. It has been clear that no cosplay registration happened on our end. All that was on our end was collection of information for our promotions and information on baggage depositors. We have made it clear that we are just a co-presenter of the event and that all cosplay inquiries were to be directed to your management. We entertained questions about the cosplay and we directed them to proper officials during the event. It seems that the location of the registration made it harder for participants to locate the actual registration because the baggage counter was much more visible, but nevertheless our team did not entertain any sort of registration.
About your mother, I will have to ask the person involved about her treatment with your mother, but as per testimony by our marshal and team leader, your mother exploited the services provided by our staff and made our marshal buy water, scramble and also relay announcements to the stage which is not part of the job description of event security. If she is a Vice President in your company, you should treat Ms. Ilaga as a Vice President as well on our end as for she holds a position of Senior Co-Administrator for Anime Alliance.
And our management stands firm that we did not nor in any way say that we will decide over the tickets, moreover a huge testimony on majority of our colleagues is that it was you and your mother who has decided about the improvised ticket. Your mother wanted our marshals name signed on the back of the improvised tickets which is why our marshals rejected the idea and insisted to ask their superiors for clearance of their involvement which brought Edgar in the picture which is logical considering that responsibility and accountability will be placed upon our staff. To quote, your mother also said "The decision is between me and my son".
We will not make any public apologies about this because we have performed our task and more than what we were assigned to do in your event and despite the attitude given to us especially by OU, we've continued to interact with OU and your management without hostility for the success of the event.
We have no ideas yet on what resolution we can come up with but we may demand Crux Events to apologize privately to Evening Tea Time and Cloud 9 for what happened.
