The brazilian companies, independently from their structure or dimension, are dealing with big challenges such as: economics globalization, customers even more demanding and the constant growth of the enterprise level competitivity. Therefore complexity's increase of business world, studies about projects management has gained strength in the enterprise level. In this context, fails in projects execution have catastrophical results. In order to avoid this occurence, companies are implantating the projects management office (PMO), which has the mission to help and improve projects success rate, establishing organizational strategies and provide projects visibility to the higher administration level.
