asterisk-h323-sccp

Problem:
A call received by Asterisk and routed out via IAX2, placed from a SCCP phone registered with Cisco Call Manager 3.3(3), after "picking up the handset", a delay is presented before the call is seen as answered by the calling phone and audio streams begin.

Everything else works fine.
