Praetor Sign 「The Many Faces of Eve」 - Stage 1 Spellcard

This spellcard creates 3 (Easy), 6 (Normal), 10 (Hard), or 15 (Lunatic) masks in a pattern in the middle of the screen.

(Easy) - Forms a triangle, pointing downward at the target.
(Normal) - Forms four triangles, the larger of which points upward at the user.
(Hard) - Forms three triangles which come together similar to the triforce.
(Lunatic) - Forms a diamond with a triangle pointed at the target inside it.

(Easy/Normal) The masks then fly off randomly for five seconds then disappear. The masks reform in the same pattern.
(Hard/Lunatic) The masks then fly off randomly. Each mask flies at the target after every two bounces off the walls while disappearing/reforming every five seconds.

Construction Sign 「Materialism」 - Stage 1 Spellcard

This spellcard functions very differently based on difficulty.
Easy - A piece of wood forms horizontally behind the target, and a danmaku hammer smacks downward (screenwise) towards the player and the piece of wood. The hammer breaks, and the hammer's bullets fly upwards.
Normal - A piece of wood forms horizontally in front of the user, and a danmaku hammer smacks downward (screenwise) towards the player. The wood breaks, and its bullets fly downward in a shotgun-like effect. The second piece of wood forms behind the target, and the hammer travels to break it. Those bullets fly upward.
Hard - A piece of wood forms vertically between the user and the target's starting positions. It then begins to spin rapidly, while a hammer opposite the player will repeatedly hit the piece of wood at regular intervals, hitting a hidden danmaku nail straight at the player, which explodes outward when it hits the spell card boundary. The hammer and wood will speed up as the timer counts down closer to 0.
Lunatic - Two pieces of wood form vertically between the user and the target's starting positions. Each piece of wood then begins to spin rapidly, while a hammer opposite the player will repeatedly hit the piece of wood at regular intervals, hitting a hidden danmaku nail straight at the player, which explodes outward when it hits the spell card boundary. The pieces of wood will rotate in a large circle that cover the area in front of the user and target's starting positions as well.

Praetor Sign 「Realism and Belief」 - Stage 1 Spellcard

Mortal 「Dying Soul -Evermore-」 - Stage 1 Spellcard

It's a counter-type spellcard. What it basically means is that it's similar to a last spell by the player characters in Imperishable Night, except usable by the Stage Bosses. As such, this card must be declared in response to a player's spellcard.

The eight great sins each form into blades and hit a bubble formed around the target equidistant from each other. After a few seconds, the blades explode, destroying the bubble and the opponent's spellcard but also renders this one unusable. This is not usable on any Stage 2 or 3 spellcards.

Construction Sign 「Building of the 300-Year Wall」 - Stage 1 Spellcard

This spell creates 2 (Easy), 4 (Normal), 7 (Hard), or 11 (Lunatic) tools that first are thrown towards the player and explode when they hit each other. The explosion makes the tools bigger but also leaves gaps between the danmaku to pass through.

On Easy and Normal, the next sequence is to throw them off to both sides, bouncing off the side walls and the back walls before exploding behind the target. The process would then reset after moving once.
On Hard and Lunatic, the next sequence is to throw them behind them and beside them. The ones to the side will bounce three times off the side walls, while the ones thrown backwards will hit the top and bottom walls in that order (screenwise). They'll explode at the same time, but in a circle around the target's position. The user would then move to where the target is at the time of moving and repeat.

Mortal Sign 「Poe's Raven」 - Stage 1 Spellcard

See http://www.touhou-project.com/eientei/res/19231.html#22303 for Normal, I'll cook it up eventually.

Justice 「Nirvana Denied」 - Stage 2 Spellcard

It's a counter-type spellcard. What it basically means is that it's similar to a last spell by the player characters in Imperishable Night, except usable by the Stage Bosses. As such, this card must be declared in response to a player's spellcard.

Two slashes crossing each other perpendicularly (like a plus sign) form and rotate around the target before stopping, flying outward, then flying back in and exploding. Both spellcards are destroyed. This is not usable on Stage 3 spellcards.

Praetor Sign 「Placebo Reality」 - Stage 2 Spellcard

Shin creates another body of himself, which he sends to the mirror opposite of himself (basically where the player starts), and starts to phase in and out of the bodies. Every time he leaves a body he creates 1 (Easy), 2 (Normal), 3 (Hard), or 4 (Lunatic) bullet trains that travel in random directions. They phase out each time the body that created them is hittable, and there can be four waves of trains on the screen at one time. On the creation of the beginning of the fourth wave, the bullet trains that were first created can leave the screen, and so forth.

On Easy, the bodies don't move.
On Normal/Hard/Lunatic, the bodies move in triangles towards the center, forming David's Star.
On Hard/Lunatic, the paths the bodies travel create bullets that fly outward (but slowly).
On Lunatic, when the bodies pass each other in the parallel section, they create faeries between them that fire straight downwards rapidly.
