[20:35] * Lopunny makes her way out of the section she and Psik had wandered into for their meal, already finished with her own feast while he continued to fill himself - being slightly more slender, she also required less to sate herself. She immediately heads back over to Marley, hoping to find Ren still there as well.
[20:36] <+Marley> Oh. Welcome back, Lopunny.
[20:38] <+Lopunny> "Hey~" she speaks in a softer tone, noticing the normal type's resting pose as she slowly seats herself down next to the two. Using a free paw, she brings it over to the bridge between Ren's back and waist, drawing imperfect circles while Marley already tended to her ears.
[20:38] * Ren` flicks her ears, still curled up.
[20:39] <+Marley> ^_^
[20:39] * Ren` shivers slightly, the fur sticking up instinctively as the paw brushes against it, the skin rippling as the muscles shift.
[20:40] <+Lopunny> "I was hoping enough time had passed by now that more people I knew would be around..." she starts to comment idly, merely glancing from side to side over the dimming plains as only a few potential silhouettes stood out. "but, it looks like it's nearly the same as before. DId something happen?"
[20:41] * Marley rubs the back of Ren's neck and ears. "Dunno."
[20:47] * Lopunny notices the body of Luxray appearing suddenly amidst the slowly darkening horizon that began to match his fur, waving a hurried paw in response. "Luxray! There you are!~" she chirrups excitedly. "Come on over here and let me see you again!"
[20:48] <+Marley> Hmm.
[20:51] * Marley lays back as she pets Ren`
[20:51] * Luxray hears the sudden calling for him coming from a voice he hadn't heard from in some time, tilting his head to notice a slender Pokemon in rabbit-shape. "Whoah, Lopunny? Where on earth did you come from? I thought you were as good as emmigrated." he comments, making his way over to join her.
[20:51] <+Umbreon_> (luxray, shall we continue from where we were last night?)
[20:51] * Ren` stretches out slightly from the attention, still eyes closed.
[20:52] <Luxray> (If you want to interact, sure, just find a way to insert yourself.)
[20:53] <+Umbreon_> (I was hoping you would be there in the cave when he wakes up)
[20:53] <Luxray> As he begins to limber over to Lopunny's position, it seems as though a few new details surface about his exposition - first, his shoulder is now suddenly covered mostly by a white and pink-stained cloth, fashioned into a loose hold by a particular normal type from before, half stuck against a hardened wound just beyond his neck.

[20:54] <Luxray> Second, he appears almost a good deal less enthusiastic than normal, even less than his normal attitude when in the right mood for slinging verbal mud at those who he felt deserved it, his trot lazily dragging his feet and front legs across the evening grass in a manner not unlike that of a clumsy Manectric.

[20:54] <+Marley> What happened to you, Luxray?
[20:55] * Umbreon_ shudders awake from where he lies in the mouth of Zoroark's cave, a dull pain coursing throughout his body, his mind in a fog not unlike that of a hangover, unremembering of the events that transpired last night.
[20:55] * Lopunny opens her mouth to comment on the sight, but finds her words taken instead by Marley, merely nodding instead to support her friend's question.
[20:56] * Umbreon_ looks around the now empty cave, taking a second to recognize where he is as he hoists himself up to wobbily stand on his feet, "What happened last night...?", he thinks aloud to himself, almost hoping that someone unseen by him would inform him as to how he got to the cave
[20:58] <Luxray> "I don't want to talk about it." Luxray merely responds as he finally reaches Lopunny and Marley, standing before them with a look of what appeared to be both dissonance and uneasiness. "I got in a tussle, broke some branches, took a fall, that's it. Nothing more to it."
[20:58] <+Marley> ... Okay... If you don't want to talk about it, that's fine...
[20:59] <+Marley> :(
[20:59] <+Lopunny> "A tussle, huh?~" Lopunny says, as she laughs slightly to herself while continuing to scratch Ren's tender hindside. "I guess nothing's really changed here after all. I'm glad to know you're definitely still the same you've always been, Luxy.~"
[21:01] * Umbreon_ wanders woozily out of the cave, noticing the small group of pokemon gathered in the clearing, "Hi, lopunny, Ren, Lu-", suddenly, he freezes, a unshakable feeling of dread coursing through him as he notices Luxray, "Lux! A-are you okay? What happened to you?"

[21:02] <Luxray> The motion of Lopunny's paw alerted Luxray to the fact that Ren was with the two as well, a huff of defiance silently escaping his muzzle as he does his best to ignore her presence - especially after yesterday, she was probably waiting for the perfect opportunity to berate him once again, and he was in no condition to escalate it this time around.
[21:02] * Marley looks at Umbreon
[21:02] * Ren` shivers again, still only semi conscious. This felt pretty good, after all.
[21:02] <+Marley> Nice to see you too.
[21:02] * Lopunny turns her head to notice Umbreon as well, another smile crossing her face as she continues to delight in the appearance of old faces. "Umbreon, you too! Haha, I guess maybe it's not as lonely around here tonight after all!"
[21:04] * Marley rubs Ren's ears as she looks from Luxray to Umbreon
[21:04] * Luxray notices Umbreon walking towards the group... and in an instant, the vision of Lopunny and company in front of him evaporates into the air, replaced immediately by thoughts of what had happened the night before. The darkness, the closing airways...those eyes... those dark red eyes gazing at him, daring him, mocking him over and over again...
[21:04] * Umbreon_ hobbles over to Lopunny, still feeling shaken, "H-hi, Lopunny.", he looks around at the group, trembling a little, "Uhh, do you guys know, uhh, where I was and what I did last night? I just woke up in Zoroark's cave, and I can't remember getting there..."
[21:04] <+Marley> ?
[21:05] <+Marley> I wouldn't know. I heard Luxray got into a bit of a scrap though.
[21:06] <Luxray> His fur immediately stands on end, an unattended burst of electricity firing out and landing at Umbreon's feet as he does everything he can to avoid eye contact with the Umbreon, at all costs, by any means necessary.
[21:06] <+Marley> ?
[21:06] <+Marley> Something wrong, Luxray?
[21:07] <+Lopunny> "Luxray? What's going on?" Lopunny asks, noticing his sudden aversion to looking in their direction, then tilting her head to look up and over at the Umbreon now standing behind them. "Do you know something about this?"
[21:07] * Ren` opens one eye, the charge in the air causing her fur to stand up at a few odd angles. "Sffglr?"
[21:08] * Umbreon_ looks at Luxray, trembling. The dark pokemon knows the dangers of being overexposed to moonlight, and is beginning to get a sense of what happened last night in his head. Uh-oh. This isn't good. "U-uh, Lopunny, do you remember if last night was a full moon?"
[21:08] <Luxray> "Don't....talk to him, Lopunny." Luxray almost immediately replies, gazing off towards the ground as his tone drops to a dead serious, almost ominous sound. "Don't even look at him, or make any sudden movements. He will kill you, I guarantee it. He will make an absolute meal out of your bunny body."

[21:09] <+Marley> W-what's going on?
[21:09] <+Furret> (...)
[21:09] * Umbreon_ 's mouth opens agape at Luxray. Oh no. Suddenly, it clicks in his mind why he can't remember last night, "Wh-What do you mean, Luxray?"
[21:10] <+Lopunny> "W-What? Luxray, what are you talking about?" she asks, now thoroughly confused as to what is taking place. She expected him to be like this with Vaporeon, but... "Umbreon isn't doing anything..." she says, reaching over to scratch Umbreon's ear with her other paw.
[21:11] * Umbreon_ murrs happily as Lopunny scratches him, "Y-Yeah, what do you mean, Luxray?"
[21:12] <Luxray> "Don't give that BULLCRAP to me, Umbreon! 'What do you mean', you know *exactly* what the hell I mean! You know better than anyone else here just what the Arceus-damn thing I'm meaning!" he snarls, baring his fangs even as he refuses to look at the dark type directly, lest he be subjected to that same horrendous stare from before. "I know the only damn reason you're not doing something now is because you're in plain sight, you...
[21:12] <Luxray> "I know the only damn reason you're not doing something now is because you're in plain sight, you... you backwoods bastard!"

[21:13] <+Marley> W... what the hell happened last night?
[21:13] * Ren` pulls back a little from Luxray, surprised about the sudden outburst. This wasn't the normal levels of assholery. This was a new, unhitherto-explored plateau of rage.
[21:14] * Lopunny is still completely unaware as to what is taking place, but she WAS aware that Luxray was having another one of his infamous spouting sessions. "L-Luxy....I have no idea what this all is.... can't you explain, or something? Is this related to your injury somehow?"
[21:16] * Luxray 's body is already acting in response to his building mix of anger and fear, an immense amount of his inner Charge shooting itself throughout his body as the grass nearby bends strongly to the polarized field. Stray bolts zip around his feet and ears, occasionally zipping out into the open air before *crack*-ing loudly against nothing in particular, and out of normal sight.
[21:16] <+Marley> L-Luxray! Watch it, please!
[21:17] * Absol stalks out of the shadows chucking at the Luxray's out burst. "Seems like someone is still sore from their beat down." He tuanted.
[21:18] * Ren` keeps her head down, fur sticking up at weird angles and looking rather funny. She flicks her attention to the newcomer. "... Is that really necessary right now?"
[21:18] <Luxray> "You don't need to know about what happened last night, Marley. All you need to know is that if this NIGHTMARE isn't put into a state of vegetation right now, someone else is going to get severely injured. Or WORSE." his furrowed brow shoots itself at Umbreon's feet, his angst only amplified by the fact that he didn't have the energy or physical strength to run to the dark type himself.
[21:18] <+Marley> If you don't calm down, SOMEONE else is gonna get hurt!
[21:19] * Umbreon_ cowers away from Luxray's sudden anger in Lopunny's grasp, leaning into Lopunny's side, "I-I-I don't know what you're talking about! I can't remember anything from last night!"
[21:19] * Marley tries to position herself in front of Ren` and Lopunny
[21:20] <Luxray> to run to the dark type himself. "SHUT up and COME HERE, you shadow shark! Stop pussyfooting around and come over here before I reach for you myself with these bolts! A temporary paralysis for a few Pokemon is nothing compared to what will happen if I let you dick around in the shadows for one more night!"
[21:20] * Lopunny is torn between trying to calm down Lux with Marley's help, but by now she also realizes trying to interfere could end up with her being severely hurt, even by the lion she referred to as a friend. "Luxy, please, stop this! This is too much even for you! Can't you guys just settle this calmly?"
[21:21] <+Ren`> "... Just leave, Umbreon..." Ren says, head still down. "... Maybe then we won't get fried in the crossfire..."
[21:22] * Luxray 's attention flicks to Lopunny. "You know Substitute, right? Use it now and hold him down before he has a chance to get away! You can Heal Bell yourself later if it's too much!"
[21:23] * Lopunny stands defiantly in response to this, refusing to assist in anything that would cause direct violence against someone she knew. "Luxray, you know I absolutely won't do that! Now stop overreacting and relax already before something bad happens!"
[21:23] * Umbreon_ activates Protect and walks forward in front of luxray, guarding himself, "I'm here, Luxray... What is it?"
[21:25] <Luxray> Umbreon's presence in front of the Pokemon is met immediately in turn with a forward lurch from Luxray attempting to Thunder Fang him directly against his muzzle, his front legs crippling underneath him as he drops down and ends up aiming for the dark type's chest instead.
[21:25] * Umbreon_ jumps back from Luxray, barely avoiding the fangs scraping the air in front of him, "W-Woah! L-Lux-Luxray, What's gotten into you?!"
[21:26] * Lopunny shrieks in response to Luxray's sudden attack, knowing now he was completely serious. "Luxray! STOP it!"
[21:26] * Umbreon_ looks over at Absol, remembering his comment from before, "A-Absol, do you know what happened last night?"
[21:27] * Ren` pushes herself up, backing away. "... Really, really should leave..." she repeats, quietly.
[21:28] * Luxray 's frumped body lurches against the ground, his head planted on the grass as he looks up wearily at the chest of the Eeveelution, only further enraged by his position against the ground reminding him of the helplessness he'd felt last night. "No... no, Arceus damnit, not again. I refuse.... to be subjected to this again by you!" he roars out, lunging for Umbreon's feet again with additional force.
[21:28] * Absol chuckles "Of course I do... you poisioned him..."
[21:28] <Luxray> lunging for Umbreon's feet again with additional force.
[21:29] * Umbreon_ jumps back from Luxray, looking at Absol, wide-eyed, "I did WHAT?!"
[21:29] * Lopunny has no idea what to do about the situation, helplessly watching the electric type assail the Pokemon before him as she holds no moves of her own to stop him. "Please, doesn't someone have a way to put him to sleep, or distract him somehow? Something? Anything?!"
[21:30] <+Marley> :(
[21:31] <+Marley> I don't know... T_T
[21:31] <Absol> "you fired a toxic attack into his maw and the poision entered his wound from when he used my blade as a chew toy..." he says closing into the smaller dark type.
[21:31] * Ren` flicks her head to Lopunny. "... Get Umbreon out of here, maybe?" she insists. "... Even I can tell Lux is in no shape to do much!"
[21:32] * Luxray , having missed both times in his efforts now, merely drags himself forward using the strength of his back legs amidst Absol's talking, charging up an electric shock to couple with his next Thunder Fang as he knew avoiding two attacks at once would prove impossible - whether physically or indirectly, he would land his mark soon enough. "Umbreon!" he calls out again, struggling to push himself forward.
[21:32] * Umbreon_ looks over at Absol, trembling, "I-I wouldn't do that! My toxin's a last resort move for defending myself! I would never use it on Luxray!"
[21:32] <Luxray> "Umbreon!" he calls out again, struggling to push himself forward.
[21:33] * Umbreon_ looks back at Luxray, running away panicked, climbing into a nearby tree, "Luxray, s-stop this madness! Please!"
[21:33] * Absol laughs at the Umbreons words. "My that full moon must had altered your memories too... think deep to the events of last night Umbreon..."
[21:34] * Lopunny nods at Ren's suggestion, calling out with a loud "Punn!~" as a clone of her self is soon after summoned onto the field with a part of her strength. "I don't really know who's at fault here, but there isn't time to debate it, Umbreon!" she states to the worried Pokemon, "Let's go!". With that, she works with her substitute to nab him from just below the middle of the bark,
[21:34] <+Lopunny> the two forms of herself working together to carry him off to somewhere well outside Luxray's line of sight.

[21:35] * Umbreon_ eeps as Lopunny carries him off, struggling a little in her arms to try to get free and retreat back up into the trees,
[21:36] * Luxray 's maw opens again to attack Umbreon, moments from lurching forward to strik-.... just as he watched the graceful body of Lopunny double itself to run off with his target, a growl of severe discontent rumbling from his throat. "Damnit, no! Stop, Lopunny! You protective ignoramus!" he cries out, gnawing his fangs into the earth before him to futily attempt to drag himself back onto his feet to give chase.
[21:36] <Luxray> to drag himself back onto his feet to give chase.
[21:37] <Luxray> Instead, his body merely decides to give up on his mind, the muscles holding up his back end collapsing on themselves as the blood rushing to his head from his downward angle numbs the senses in his hindquarters, landing him against the ground entirely as he heaves a heavy breath.
[21:39] * Ren` makes a grab for Luxray, getting there as he falls. This was probably a bad idea, knowing his opinion of hers, but she had her reasons. At least, she thought she had reasons. "... Am I going to have to start calling you Luxren?"
[21:39] <Luxray> "N...N-No... not again... I'm going to get killed if I s-stay like this.... Furret, someone, h-...help me..." he struggles out, terrified to be on all fours against the ground again, far from forgetful about how he'd been the last time he was like this, the cloth against his shoulder becoming mildly unraveled as his front limbs claw at the ground.
[21:39] * Umbreon_ yells out to Absol as Lopunny carrieshim away, "A-Absol! come with us! You need to tell me what happened!"
[21:41] * Lopunny manages to find a comfortable spot a fair distance away from the main meeting place, allowing her exhausted Substitute, who had much less energy to spare than her main form, to set down the struggling Dark Eevee-type once more, but taking care to block his path back. "You need to explain what's going on, punn.~"
[21:41] <+Marley> ...
[21:41] * Absol hears Umbreon's words. He takes a glance at the fallen lion as he dashed off following the rabbit.
[21:42] <Luxray> "Ren, you stupid fool, you're letting him get away." Luxray growls out, already ashamed at seeing her head towards him as he anticipated another assault based on their earlier conflicts. "You can fight with me later, just... don't let him get away."
[21:42] * Umbreon_ looks up at Lopunny, terrified, "I-I don't know what's going on! I can't remember last night, and it was a full moon! You don't know what happens to my species when the full moon happens!", he notices Absol approaching, "A-Absol! You said you know what happened last night!"
[21:43] * Ren` rubs her claws irritatedly through Luxray's bristly fur. "... Lopunny's with 'em. What makes you think I'd fare better than you apparently did?"
[21:43] * Marley lays against her tree, feeling lost
[21:43] * Lopunny wasn't quite satisfied with this answer, nor did she really understand it - for good reason too, since she wasn't exactly an Eevee herself. "No, there has to be something you're not telling me, punn... every time Luxy's gotten hurt it's always been something that started because of an argument or insult. What did you guys say to each other?"
[21:44] * Absol coldly looks up into the Umbreon. "Of course I do! How can you not remember!"
[21:46] * Luxray was not happy about the contact Ren was making with him even though it was less injurous than he had expected it be compared to the last time her claws had a date with his flesh. In his current state, however, he had no reason to deny it to her even as his wit showed through clear as day. "Because...Umbreon knows how to handle physical danger, not emotional outrage."
[21:47] <Luxray> "You saw him just now, didn't you? Saw him coil back. I doubt he could handle your estrogen-filled mass bearing down on him..."
[21:47] * Marley sighs
[21:47] <+Lopunny> "Umbreon." Lopunny calls again, noticing his lack of a response. "I asked a question, punn!~"
[21:48] * Umbreon_ looks up at Lopunny, "Wh-when the moon gets full, my species absorbs the power of the moonlight, and it fills us with energy... Usually in Umbreon colonies, we take the opportunity to break off in pairs, or spar, or mate, because if we don't use the excess energy, th-then..."
[21:49] <+Ren`> "And I saw you totally fail to stick up for yourself. You keep bitching at me because I do something stupid, well, here I am not doing something not so stupid and you still bitch." She sighs. "... Like I said, Lopunny's with 'em. She can probably hit harder than me, anyway."
[21:49] * Umbreon_ lowers his head, "We lose control...", he looks over at Absol, "Which is why I can't remember it..."

[21:52] * Absol groans at Umberon's answer as he shakes his head. "you don't remember much do you... well I might as well fill the gaps of your memories..." he looks deep into him in. "Where shall I begin."
[21:53] <+Lopunny> "So... what are you telling me?" Lopunny implies, rather oblivious still as to what Umbreon meant. "Did you try to mate with him when he didn't want to?"
[21:54] * Umbreon_ shakes his head at Lopunny, trembling, "A-Absol said before... I poisoned him."
[21:55] <Luxray> "Stupid was... giving him the chance to escape" Luxray begins to say, knowing fully that Ren was right all the same. If he was unable to bring down the dark type in his efforts last night, as far as he was concerned, there was no way in Distortion World she'd be able to fare any better in kind. "But...you're right, it'd be stupid to try and combat him with physical force."
[21:55] <Absol> "And badly too..." he added looking back at the Lopunny.
[21:55] <Luxray> "No, you'd need to go further than that to overcome what he is capable of doing. To stop a monster like that, you'd need... you'd need to out-*crazy* him. There can't be any other way besides that."
[21:57] <+Marley> (... Back...)
[21:57] <+Lopunny> "P-Poison?!" Lopunny squeaks out in surprise, unsure if she should already be preparing a Heal Bell in case he was still inflicted with the status. She had no idea who was feeling what, or how much. "Umbreon, you and Luxy might not get along very well, but I don't even think he's paralyzed Vaporeon yet in his efforts! Why would you feel the need to do that to him?"
[21:58] * Ren` rolls over, lying on her back next to Luxray. "... Out crazy? What happened between you two?"
[21:59] * Marley sighs
[21:59] * Umbreon_ trembles in place, "L-Lopunny, you don't understand... When an Umbreon gets overempowered by moonlight, they become an unstoppable killing machine. They don't feel pain, pity, remorse, or fear, unstoppable unless killed or cut off from moonlight... we have no control over it, and can't remember it..."
[22:00] * Marley curls up in a ball
[22:00] * Absol looks into Lopunny. "You have to understand he was under the influance of the full moon, and that fool was looking for a fight."
[22:00] <+Lopunny> This was extremely awkward for Lopunny to consider, because admitting this meant, essentially, that Umbreons held no recollection of who they sparred with under its effects, or worse, who they mated with, or how many they mated with. It seemed.... animalistic, as obvious as that was. "So then... why didn't you warn him, or something?... couldn't you have at least told him beforehand?"
[22:03] <Luxray> "Red eyes...." Luxray utters out as first, shaking mildly as though he could still see those hollowed harbingers of death staring him in the face. "Red eyes, Ren, Red eyes.... every word he spoke, every motion he made, it was to try and delay his goal as long as possible. This wasn't just an instigated fight. He wasn't attacking... he was toying. Toying with me."
[22:03] <+Marley> ...
[22:03] * Umbreon_ continues trembling, "I was playing with him at first, running from him in a hide-and-seek kinda thing... As long as we burn the energy quickly, we can keep control, but the more energy we accumulate, the faster it comes, and there was a lull in him chasing me, a-and... I can't remember from that point on..."
[22:06] <+Ren`> "... Fuck..." Ren murmurs, in a sort of loose sense of sympathy that you only get with a tenuous grasp of what was being talked about. "... Doesn't sound like Umbreon. Doesn't even sound like you."
[22:07] * Furret steps out of a bush carelessly, and notices Ren and Luxray. "-Oh, uhm... I-I'll come back later."
[22:07] * Marley sighs
[22:08] <+Ren`> "... What?" Ren lifts her head to look at Furret. "... Lux isn't exactly up to much right now. I think you'd be able to run faster than him..."
[22:08] * Luxray notices Furret, immediately halting his exit with a sudden shout. "NO, wait, Furret, don't go, stay here." he exclaims, "Whatever you do, don't go... he won't find us if you're here. Won't find me like this..." his voice trails off again, wrongly assuming that the reason Umbreon's rampage had stopped before was because of Furret's presence.
[22:09] <+Furret> Uh... yes, sir. Who are you reffering to, are you being hunted again?
[22:10] * Lopunny has no idea how to respond to this, looking to Absol instead as if to hope he could manage to pull something more out of their conversation while she attempted to piece the facts together. It was still highly unlike how she knew the Eeveelution, so far outside of what she was used to.
[22:11] * Marley yawns
[22:11] * Umbreon_ trembles harder, looking up at Absol, "A-and when I lost control, I- I- I-...?"
[22:12] <Luxray> "Him. Those eyes. They're watching right now, aren't they? Waiting for one of you to turn your backs because he knows I can still strike back." he replies, darting his eyes left and right as he scans the ground in front of him. "I can't explain it all, just don't go. No matter what."
[22:13] * Furret smirks, impressed by Luxray's fear. He steps to stay beside him. "As you wish, master. I don't mind following that order at all."
[22:14] <+Flareon> "Aren't you being paranoid, Luxray?" He enters from a bush. He still had trouble moving after last night.
[22:15] * Luxray 's tension almost plateued immediately upon Furret's acceptance of his request, entirely convinced that as long as the normal type was alive and within his presence he no longer had anything to fear. The dilation of his pupils slowly returned to normal as his awkward breathing began to find a stable rythm, just in time to note Flareon's insertion.
[22:16] <+Ren`> "He can't fight. I think not wanting to be alone is pretty damn sensible."
[22:16] <+Furret> Understood, ma'am... oh, and, uh, ma'am?
[22:17] <Luxray> "Paranoid is a word you use for someone who's capable of taking most challenges down who assumes they can't protect themselves if need be. Paranoid is something I'd expect to call a Budew who considers himself a night owl at heart. No, Flareon, I do not think this is paranoia, not after being so close to the gates of the permanent Hall of Fame that I could almost touch them myself."
[22:17] * Absol looks on at the two as he recalled the events of the night before. "Umbreon... from my understanding you attempted to challenge Luxray in to some sort of humorous battle. [22:18] <+Ren`> "Hm?" Ren asks, assuming she was the only female here. Ma'am was... still weird. It implied a sense of class, for one.

[22:19] <+Lopunny> "Wait a second, you mean you hurt Luxray too? Is that what the gash in his shoulder is from?" Lopunny questions with sudden sternness, looking seriously at the Absol standing before her and Umbreon.
[22:20] * Furret looks at the ground, sighing. "I just wanted to apologise for my act yesterday. I got into the mood and wasn't thinking straight. I'm sorry."
[22:21] * Absol looks back at the Lopunny. "He brought that upon himself the seconed he attacked me!"
[22:21] * Ren` furrows her brow. "... What? With the... you know? ... Why would you apologise for that?"
[22:22] * Marley grumbles and climbs her tree, resting in the branches
[22:22] <+Marley> -_-
[22:23] * Umbreon_ is trembling in place as Absol recounts his tail, "W-we fought and I poisoned him? Wh-what happened next?"
[22:23] <+Furret> Because I didn't get permission, o-or... I don't know, I thought that kinda thing was suppose to be planned, or of-the-season or something!
[22:24] <+Ren`> "... W-well, it was kind of... Leafy's suggestion, wasn't it? It felt good, right? So... no harm done, right?" she mumbles, blushing a little and hoping Luxray wasn't about to beat her over the head for that.
[22:24] <+Lopunny> "Luxray's only attacked someone, from what I remember, when he's felt like he was in immediate and definite danger. Otherwise he's just cracking insults like he always does." she continues, still not entirely convinced at the story the two Pokemon were weaving together. "What exactly happened that would make him lash out at you like that! You guys aren't even enemies like he and Vaporeon are."
[22:25] <+Lopunny> You guys aren't even enemies like he and Vaporeon are."
[22:25] * Absol looks back at the Umbreon calming himself. "That I'm not sure... regrettable that's when I heard my trainer's call..."

[22:26] * Luxray was far too drenched in the relief of having his servant accompany him at this point in time to really care about Ren's statement, his attention also divided by his expectant answer from Flareon about his supposed 'paranoia'.
[22:27] <+Furret> I guess, if you don't think it did any harm... I just don't want children yet, ma'am. I'm not ready.
[22:28] * Umbreon_ trembles in place and looks up to Lopunny, "think anyone else knows what happened so we can get a better idea?"
[22:29] * Ren` glances down, slightly worried. "... I don't THINK it's a problem..." she says, uneasily, rolling back over on to her front.
[22:29] <+Flareon> "Well, I guess not being able to move at all would make you think twice about things." Once again, the fire type was being insensitve at the wrong time. You think a near death situation would get him back to pace.
[22:31] * Lopunny shakes her head, not out of a definite negative, but more out of a lack of information. "I only just got back to this place today, and even then I was with Psik until just a little while ago, so I have no idea what I've missed or what's going on besides what you two have told me now."
[22:33] <Luxray> "You don't have any idea. None of you have a clear enough idea." he says as he shakes his head in disbelief, feeling as though he were the only one who even had any idea of the true extent of the Umbreon's assault and potency. "That's probably why none of you are doing anything to stop him before it happens again."
[22:33] * Marley curls up in a ball under her tree, wanting to go to sleep
[22:34] <+Flareon> Well good sir, do you know where he last was? I really don't want to re-live last night as much as you.
[22:35] * Ren` waves her claws irritably. "... Like I can do anything. We both know that."
[22:35] * Umby curls up next to Marley, a little bored himself.
[22:35] <+Furret> I stopped him, sir.
[22:36] * Marley pets Umby weakly
[22:36] * Umbreon_ looks up at Lopunny, "I-I'm gonna go back to the group and see if I can get Luxray to tell me what happened..."
[22:37] <Luxray> "Lopunny ran off with him, Flareon." Luxray grumbles out of both spite and uncertainty, nodding with his head upwards towards the direction they had bounded off in.
[22:39] * Lopunny shakes her head in rejection as she gazes over at where Luxray and the others sat not too far off. "Umbreon, that's ridiculous. You know exactly what's going to happen if he sees you again." she had no idea that Furret was now with Luxy, nor that his presence might actually fool the lion into a sense of security for long enough.
[22:40] * Umbreon_ turns and walks back to the group, "Nonsense. I'm going to get to the bottom of this.", he steps through the trees, noticing the presense of Flareon and Furret, "H-hey! Flareon!", he yells happily, beginning to bound over to the pokemon.
[22:41] <+Flareon> Hey Umbreon. I guess you know the news...right?
[22:41] * Furret stays beside Luxray, putting a paw on him to hopefully keep him calm.
[22:41] * Umby earned the achivement: Heartbreaker
[22:41] * Umbreon_ cocks his head to the side, "N-no, wh-what is it?"
[22:42] * Umby approaches Marley again. "Would you.... like me to stay with you?"
[22:42] <Marley> ... Sure... ;_;
[22:42] * Ren` tenses up, thinking about the way Lux described Umbreon. "... Toying, huh?" she muses, eyeing the dark-type carefully.
[22:42] * Lopunny has no choice but to split off after the dark type as well, if only to try and serve as a mediator if things got rough again.
[22:43] <+Flareon> No one has talked about your insatiable urge to devour Luxray from last night?
[22:43] * Luxray 's eyes instantly flick over to where Umbreon's legs stand at Flareon's comment, but the feeling of Furret's paw against him reminds him of his advantage. For now, as long as he did nothing to provoke the Pokemon physically, he was invincible. He couldn't be touched.
[22:43] * Umby nods and curls up with Marley again, smiling cutely at her.
[22:44] * Marley pets Umby, hugging him close
[22:44] <+Furret> (God what have I done. ;-;)
[22:44] * Umbreon_ tenses up as Flareon mentions Luxray, trembling, "Wh-WHAT?! A-Absol t-told me I p-poisoned him, b-but he didn't see a-anything after that...
[22:46] * Ren` stands up, frowning at Umbreon. "... You *what*? You've got to be kidding..." Her mind turns unpleasantly back towards the girafarig.
[22:48] <Luxray> 'Devour'... the word rang clear in Luxray's mind, the eyes of the Pokemon chattering in front of him beginning to glow a faint red hue... or at least that's what his mind told him was happening. It took a great deal of self-restraint, alongside Furret's consistent contact with his body, to keep him under the belief that even despite this close contact, he had no reason to bolt. Not that he could successfully, anyway.

[22:49] * Umbreon_ looks to the ground sullenly, "Ren, let me explain. Umbreon are a species that's very attuned to the power of the moon, when the moon gets full, it funnels moonlight energy into our bodies for as long as its light shines on us..."
[22:50] * Furret looks away, muttering to himself: "Explains why the cave stopped you..."
[22:50] <+Flareon> "Well, it think that former comment explains just enough not to mortify you. Can you not look at the moon tonight? Since you kept trucking until you were out of its exposure?"
[22:50] * Umbreon_ gulps, "As long as we use the energy quickly, it's not much of a problem, but if we let it build up, the more energy we get, the more attuned we become to getting energy, and the faster it flows, on normal days, there isn't enough energy to really do anything..."
[22:50] * Lopunny finally reaches the larger group of Pokemon, quick to notice Luxray's unstable condition against the ground as Furret tends to him from the side. "Umbreon, please" she pleads with the dark type. "Can't we take this somewhere else. I'm not blaming anyone, but you sticking around here can't be good for anyone right now, dangerous or not."
[22:51] * Umbreon_ shudders, "But on nights when the moon is full, it flows so strongly and freely that if we don't use the energy quickly, than it clouds our mind, makes us aggressive... Cruel..."
[22:52] <Luxray> "He's distracting you..." come the subtle words from Luxray's mouth, ominously hushed as if to try to prevent Umbreon from reacting unfavorably to them. "He's trying to get your guard down before he picks a new victim.... don't.... don't listen."
[22:54] * Umbreon_ shudders harder, "Stopping at nothing to get whatever we want, unstoppable killing machines with no rational thought... And the day afterwards, we can't remember anything that happened..."
[22:54] * Lopunny was beginning to get a little distressed, or even annoyed, at Luxray's constant foreboding statements, although it was mostly because she didn't have anything she could do to help them cease. "Luxy, come on, it's not all that bad... he was trying to spar with you, can't you see? He wanted you to fight him because you were strong enough for him to battle against." she tried to calm him with,
[22:55] <Lopunny> she tried to calm him with, using the angle of Luxray's often noted "power displays" as a means by which to convince him it was all a test, something he could easily redo in the future.
[22:56] * Ren` glares at Umbreon. "... Oh, boohoo. You never thought to... I don't know, not lose control? If I'm hearing you right, it's something you're born with, right? Which means, given how old you are, you shouldn't lapse on a whim. And... seriously. Eating your acquaintances? When'd that get fun?"
[22:56] * Umbreon_ looks to the ground, "Nothing can stop a rampaging Umbreon. When the moon takes control, we don't feel pain, and our bodies regenerate damage almost instantly... From what I understand of absol, I got in a fight with Luxray, and poisoned him.", he looks up at Flareon, "C-can you tell me what happened after that? I don't have a good idea at it."
[22:58] * Furret pets Luxray's side, trying to distract him from the conversation a little.
[22:58] * Umbreon_ glares at Ren, "The more energy the moon gives to us in a night, the more attuned to it we become. No matter how well trained you are, or how strong your will, it WILL overwhelm you, and once it does," he shudders,"For lack of a better term, none of our humanity remains"
[22:59] * Lopunny , noticing Furret's efforts, decided she could be most helpful right now in assisting with that, bringing herself over and next to the electric Pokemon's body as she began to stroke his mane as well while speaking to Furret. "How's he holding up? He still looks really tense, punn~..."
[22:59] <+Ren`> "So hide underground! Or bug out for a week! I can't imagine there are many damn umbreons left if you end up rampaging once a month!"
[22:59] * Umbreon_ continues to glare at Ren, "Do you not understand? The moon gives you energy. Because you have some energy, you absorb more energy faster. Because you now have more energy, you absorb more energy faster. It chains off of itself, GROWING inside you, until it takes control..."
[23:00] <+Flareon> Why not just stay away from the moon and discharge the energy?
[23:01] * Umbreon_ looks at Flareon, "Because as long as we have a partner to spar with, we can discharge the energy fast enough with our attacks and self healing that it won't have a chance to grow!"
[23:03] * Umbreon_ looks to the ground, "Usually, whenever the moon is full, Umbreon find a partner to pair off with, if they're the same gender, they spar the entire night until the sun comes up. If they're the opposite gender, they stay in the moonlight and mate, and will continue to do so until either the male dehydrates himself and perishes, or the sun comes up. [23:03] <Lopunny> "So, what, were you planning to mate with Luxray as a backup plan?" Lopunny coyly asks Umbreon from aside.
[23:04] * Furret grunts. "I don't think threatening to eat a guy is considered 'mating', thank you very much."
[23:04] * Umbreon_ continues, "And use Synchronize to give them the power of the moon, so that they can survive fighting with us the entire night."
[23:04] <+Flareon> "Ok, about last night...Furret carried Luxray off while I distracted you, but you still charged after them until you got attacked away from the moon."
[23:05] <+Ren`> "... Maybe it would have been smart to tell us about something like this before it happened, you idiot..." Ren spits.
[23:05] * Umbreon_ looks at Flareon, "Like I said, we become single-minded, aggressive, territorial killing machines. Once we're under the moon's sway, we won't stop until we get what we want."
[23:08] <+Flareon> I noticed. I'm still sore after that night. Fighting before that didn't help.
[23:09] <Lopunny> "So what happens now then?" Lopunny asks after hearing all this. "Luxray's obviously determined to either paralyze you on sight or drag something around to protect himself with as long as he remembers what happened and you don't, so what are we possibly going to do about this?~"
[23:09] * Umbreon_ looks at Ren, "How would you like to tell all of your friends one of your deepest, darkest, personal secrets? It's a matter of pride among Umbreon that, at the time of the full moon, you should be able to use up your energy fast enough to never get controlled. Not being able to expend it all means you're inadequate. Last night was the first time it's ever happened to me."
[23:11] * Umbreon_ shudders, "And if we're sparring with a pokemon, and they run off, just think to yourself, flareon, what would happen if Luxray had spent so much time talking and taunting me while we sparred that the moon extended its influence over him?"
[23:12] <+Ren`> "... It's a matter of damn *pride* that you go in to full-on crazy mode?" She claws the ground, irritated. "Stick with taking pride in your appearance. It gets you further and you don't kill anyone about it."
[23:12] <+Flareon> "He would overload himself and go crazy too?" He glances back at Luxray.
[23:13] * Umbreon_ looks at Flareon, "Yes. He would go crazy and run off under the moon's influence, and then I, without a partner to spar with, would be brought under, too. We have to pick our sparring partners very very wisely.", he glares at Ren, "Shouldn't you be watching over Leafeon right now?"
[23:15] * Umbreon_ looks over at Luxray, "You. What do you have to say about this?"
[23:15] <+Ren`> "... Maybe I should. In case you decide to go crazy and have a fucking salad..."
[23:16] <Luxray> The Pokemon name snaps into his mind at its mention, Luxray's head snapping up instantly in response as, even for just a moment, his thoughts were replaced by the sheer ignorance he realized he'd displayed towards her. "Leafeon... w-where is she? Ren, where is Leafeon? She can't be alone during all this!" he stutters, scrambling to bring himself to his feet despite the immense pain in his shoulder.

[23:17] * Lopunny jumps a bit at Luxray's sudden movement. "L-Luxy, calm down! Leafeon isn't here right now, or at least I haven't seen her. She's not in trouble!... a-and besides, no one's in danger anyway, so you don't need to freak out!"
[23:17] <+Ren`> "... She's safe. I made sure of that, because she wanted a bit of an early night." Ren says calmly, watching Luxray. "Relax. You know how I feel about her."
[23:18] * Furret actually starts to cludding his top half against the big lion, in even more of an attempt to ease him. "Please don't stand, Master..."
[23:18] * Umbreon_ takes a step towards Luxray, "Hey, Luxray! Settle down! Relax!"
[23:19] <Luxray> "No, Ren, you have to take me to her, please." he pushes against the ground as he continues, working against Furret's mass even though he knew he wasn't going to leave without the normal type in tow with Umbreon still around. "I can't just stay here while she's out there without either of us around. I have to get out of here. Show me where to go!"
[23:20] * Lopunny steps up to try and blockade Umbreon's approach with a paw, covering part of his vision of Luxray using her large ears. "Umbreon, stop. It's enough of a miracle he hasn't done something worse with you here, do you really think it's going to get better if you touch him? Try to think about what you're doing.~"
[23:20] * Ren` sighs. "... Amazing how you suddenly trust me..." she mumbles to herself. She addresses Umbreon in a louder tone. "Don't follow. For your own good."
[23:22] * Ren` turns back to Luxray. "... Need a claw? Or can you walk on your own?"
[23:23] <Luxray> It takes a moment for him to respond, the awkward placement of the cloth that had been rubbed out of place during his struggle hindering his front limbs from working at full capacity. "I can handle myself well enough once we get going. Moving from a point of stillness is the hardest part right now, but once the muscles are going..." he glances back slightly as he attempts to see Furret.
[23:24] <+Furret> -I'll assist you with starting, master. Just say when.
[23:24] * Umbreon_ looks at Furret, "Hey, Furret? Can we go and talk off to the side, a little? I want to ask you something."
[23:24] <Luxray> he glances back slightly as he attempts to see Furret. "Furret...tighten the torquinette for me. Once it's firmly against my body I'll have an easier time getting around. Make haste, I can't leave Leafeon stupidly alone like this for much longer."
[23:26] <+Furret> Master? I will, but may I have permission to speak with the dark beast before I do such?
[23:26] * Ren` stands ready to help the lion up should he need it, frowning a little at Umbreon's request.
[23:30] * Luxray wasn't sure what to do, his mind torn between seeking Leafeon and keeping Furret close by for his own protection. However, it did occur to him that perhaps Furret's presence alone was what halted the dark type from making his move...
[23:31] <Luxray> "If you have to speak with that 'thing', do it" he begins, "but under absolutely no circumstances are you allowed to break from his attention for any reason. If you're staying behind, I don't want you following me either once we go, or else he could follow as well and find me again. Understand?"
[23:33] * Furret steps a foot away from the lion. "But... you don't wish for us to finish our conversation before you leave? If you're asking if I'd rather talk to him than stay with you to find Leafeon than I'll have to pick the latter, sir."
[23:34] <Luxray> "Just make a decision, Furret!" he barks, turning again to face Ren. "Let's go already, I'm not feeling any more comfort the longer we stand around here with Umbreon staring at me. I want to find Leafeon *Now."
[23:35] * Furret walks over to Umbreon, looking up at him. "We can speak now, as you'd like."
[23:35] * Ren` nods. "... Stay close and don't bitch too much..." she sets off into the thicker parts of the forest at a slow enough pace that the Luxray, in his battered state, could keep up.
[23:36] * Umbreon_ looks down at Furret, "You're with Luxray constantly. You're practically his mom. If anyone here would be able to tell me exactly what happened last night, it'd be you. Please, can you tell me what happened? Every full detail? I need to know what I did to make it right with Lux..."
[23:37] * Luxray was quite quick to follow alongside, or at least as quick as his legs would carry him, as Furret's protective existence dwindled away second by second as he made his way into the deeper foliage with the Linoone.
[23:38] * Ren` leads the electric type along a meandering path through the forest, trying to simplify the sort of route she'd normally take. Being a linoone, of course, meant that the path was still lots of straight interspersed with corners, but it was still fairly erratic.
[23:39] * Furret takes longer than a short moment to explain to the dark type, going about how the entier night transpired. He needlessly puts detail on how ferocious Umbreon was towards them, and leaves out the part about him claiming victory for what Flareon did.
[23:41] * Ren` stops short of a large, imposing tree, surrounded by bushes and thick grass. "... I hope you've been on a diet recently..." she mutters, clawing back some of the foliage to reveal a narrowish hole leading to a surprisingly-sized den underneath the tree.
[23:43] <Luxray> "...She's in here?-" Luxray muses as he observes the moderate-sized hole serving as an entrance to the weasle-cousin's abode. It would be a tight fit, sure, but not impossible as long as he dropped his charge long enough to let his fur fall flat against itself. This meant making himself even more vulnerable than before, however.
[23:44] * Lopunny merely sits and waits, thankful at least that the near-disastrous meeting had finally downgraded to a mere exchange of words.
[23:44] * Ren` nods, slowly. "... Yeah." She pauses, sniffing the entrance carefully. "... Yeeeeeah, it was this one. I think."
[23:46] * Umbreon_ , by the time Furret is done recounting the tale, white in the face, and shuddering, deeply ashamed of what he had done the last night, meekly whimpering, "I-Is that everything?"
[23:46] <Luxray> Eager to get himself into a spot that would hopefully provide him cover while also offering Leafeon's company, Luxray wastes no time in pushing forward, nudging Ren aside gently before planting his body within the hole, slowly working his way inside. He preferred that if he needed help, it be from Ren pushing his backside as opposed to pulling on his injured front.
[23:48] <+Furret> Yes sir. I left you and him to rest in that cave with Zoro and I before I slept myself... and for that, I apologise if you bunghole feels a bit funny.
[23:48] * Ren` frowns as she watches Luxray try to wiggle in the narrow entrance, before keeping an eye out, just in case. Now and then she looks back to Luxray to see if he managed to worm his way any further in or just collapsed the burrow, giving her claws a clean in anticipation.
[23:49] * Umbreon_ laughs a little under his breath, "No, my ass is fine. I-I don't know what I could say to Lux... D-do you think you could help me convince him that I mean him no harm?"
[23:50] * Luxray manages to get a good three fourths of his frame inside the hole, but manages to hit a snag just shy of bringing himself completely inside as his legs have trouble pushing against the ground, as the lift brings his body up against the ceiling and prevents movement anyway.
[23:50] <+Furret> No. I can give him my reassurances, but that can only be to the point that it was seasonal, and biological. You meant him harm, sir, you meant him much harm.
[23:51] <Luxray> "Ngh... Geeze ren... I don't know how you manage to squeeze in here, much less myself" he comments, the throw muffled a good deal by his body clogging the entranceway so that the words only barely decrypt themselves outside. He speaks up though as he continues, "Can you give a quick push? I just need some lateral movement here."
[23:53] * Ren` turns around at Luxray's voice, only to get a shot of Luxray's not entirely unattractive rear sticking out of the hole. She walks over, placing her back against Luxray's butt, sigging her claws into the ground. "... Ready?"
[23:55] <Luxray> "Yeah." he replies bluntly, signaling his preparedness with a tap of his tail against his rump as he braces himself, lowering his frame just below the ceiling in order to give him enough leeway to slide through.
[23:56] * Ren` heaves against Luxray's frame, digging furrows in the dirt as she hefts against his stuck bulk, slowly sliding him through the entrance into a considerably larger dug-out section, piles of what are more or less junk littering the den, a tan figure, flecked with green, sleeping peacefully in one corner.
[00:00] * Umbreon_ shudder's at Furret's accusation, "B-But I don't mean him harm now! I only meant him harm because my mind was in a cloud..."
[00:01] * Luxray 's body finally manages to slip inside the locale, hitting the ground below with a *thump* and a mild groan as he slowly brings himself back to a kneeling position. "Ugh... thanks for that. I suppose your surprising strength does come in handy sometimes..."
[00:03] * Ren` backs in, covering the entrance with bushes once more, almost impossible to spot unless you knew it was there. She stays low, letting her eyes adjust to the gloom as she nuzzles Leafeon's sleeping body. "... Yep, she's still safe. Like I said..."
[00:03] * Furret glares at Umbreon, but sounds honestly concerned. "-Then you should do your damn best to have it no happen again. Even if he fully believes that it was an act of nature that lead your attempt to kill him, that will not shake the thought that you still could without it! My only suggestion I can give to you is to give your apologies yourself, and ask if there's anything you can do in
[00:03] * Furret return for your actions. If he is merciful, I'm sure you can get out of this with all your limbs intact. If he is not... Well, let us leave it at that, alright, sir?"
[00:04] * Umbreon_ sighs, "Well, we won't know until he gets back, he seemed to be genuinely afraid of me...", he looks to the ground drearily, and waits for Lux and Ren to return
[00:05] <Luxray> The sight of Leafeon's resting body, visibly clear of any damage or undue stress, is enough of a relief to cause Luxray to forget about his own damages for a short moment, his legs bringing themselves over to join her against the ground as he nustles his head just beside the base of her front leg. "I know this was a stupid request now that I think about it, but I just needed to know she was okay,"
[00:05] * Flareon turns slightly pale, hearing Furret's last words. Would Luxray even discuss things at all?
[00:05] <Luxray> but I just needed to know she was okay," he explains, "After everything I said before I don't know what she would have thought if I suddenly ditched her like this during such a critical time. I wouldn't forgive myself or my pride for doing that."
[00:07] <+Ren`> "... It's really kinda obvious that you have feelings for her..." she grumbles, poking through a pile composed of super-potions and old food. "... Still not sure how I feel about that..."
[00:08] * Umbreon_ looks over at Flareon, "Well, he seems to be scared of me. Really scared of me. I don't know if he would bring himself to attack me if he thinks that I can easily decimate him again."
[00:09] <Luxray> His head follows her pawing claws listlessly as his eyes slowly adjust to the dim lighting within the dirt-formed cavern, more used to the contrasts between bright midday and dark midnight hours. "What, do you dislike sharing partners or something?" he asks, still concrete in his position up against Leafeon, "It's not like I go around hitting on everyone you do.
[00:10] <+Flareon> He will be very protective though. As if it wasn't obvious. So what are you going to do? You can't get near him now...
[00:11] * Furret gets a couple of ideas, studying Umbreon from his one position, the two rusty, broken cogs in his brain turning in sync for once.
[00:11] <+Ren`> "Oh, come on," she hisses. "Most of the things that have happened have just that. Happened. I don't even get to spend time with my pretty much only good friend around here any more, so of course I'm going to be defensive."
[00:11] * Umbreon_ looks at Flareon, "What else would I do? I want to apologize!"
[00:13] <Luxray> "I already told you the other day I wasn't going to stop her from hanging out with you." he replied with a hint of disconcern in his tone. "As far as we're both concerned, Leafeon considers herself just as much attached to you as she potentially does to me, so its in both our interests that you stay on good terms with her anyway."

He already guessed she was probably going to try to tend to the wound Furret had already worked on before. [00:20] * Luxray glares a little at the instructing Linoone in response to her order. "Look, I asked you to help me find Leafeon, not become my personal Pokedex of medical information and advice. If you're going to spray that crap in here, just do it and get it over with before the tension makes it worse."

[00:22] * Ren` slides a claw against the temporary tourniquet, pulling it down away from the wound. "I was just wondering..." she grunts, grasping the bottle awkwardly in both claws and spraying it against the wound. She gives a general spray over the rest of his body as well for a general chemical-infused, human-made pick-me-up as she tosses the empty super potion behind her. "... Alright, done. You that eager to go back and find
[00:22] * Psik gets up from relaxing in the grass, taking one of the few remaining berries from the stash with him as he wanders into the trees, perusing the branches for a young, yet thick, sample.

[00:24] <+Furret> I have an idea. A devious, sick idea, but an idea nevertheless.
[00:24] * Umbreon_ looks at furret, "What is it?"
[00:24] * Luxray , unsurprisingly, reacts a little strongly to the initial sting of the spray, turning his head to the side as the pained growl escaped from his throat so as to avoid waking Leafeon with the noise. It takes a few moments for the pain to subside enough from the healing effects. "N-Not really... Leaving here with you means leaving Leafeon alone again, but leaving here with you behind means being on my own without Furret while I look.

[00:25] * Psik quickly slashes off a fine branch, cutting it back into a sizable piece and carrying it in his paws back to the spot where he ate dinner with Lopunny, quietly whittling away at it as he continues to listen to Umbreon and Furret's conversation with her.
[00:26] * Lopunny tilts her head in curiosity, unsure of what exactly the smaller ferret could be thinking of at a time like this. This was most certainly already a very interesting night for her to return to.
[00:26] * Furret takes a breath, before somewhat regretfully saying: "I could probably dominate you, y'know, sit on your head or something to show you're really not a threat. If a little weak fuck like me can hold you down, I'm sure he'll be convinced he himself has nothing to fear."
[00:27] * Umbreon_ grins widely, "You smart little fucker, you, That's... that's... PERFECT!"
[00:28] <+Furret> Uhm... it's an okay idea, really. Not the best in the world, but, uh... wh-when he gets here, we'll try it.
[00:28] * Umbreon_ runs a paw over the top of Furret's head, ruffling his fur, "You get some really good ideas sometimes, you know that?"
[00:28] * Lopunny can't help but blush at the unexpected implication, the idea of Furret's smaller body.... taking advantage of Umbreon's like that.... well, it was simply quite humorous to her, a small squeak of laughter escaping as she continued to hear the two converse.
[00:28] * Furret shakes his head suddenly, backing up from Umbreon. "N-no! I don't! Don't say that, sir, please don't say that."
[00:29] * Ren` grunts, curling up by the entrance and yawning. "... Well, I'm gonna rest for a bit. You should probably try and relax as well. I mean, short of getting some better claws you're probably not leaving in a hurry.
[00:29] * Absol appeares out of the shadows next to Umbreon. "I assume things went well..?"
[00:29] * Psik chuckles at the thought, but moreso at how in either case, success or failure, Luxray would surely understand the meaning. A truly interesting plan that had yet unseen implications. He hums a gentle tune, resuming his work on the wood.
[00:30] * Umbreon_ grins at Furret, "You need to find a way to get Luxray back here now."
[00:31] * Luxray nodded meekly, allowing himself to drift into a light nap against Leafeon's body carefully, knowing that with an already well-concealed entrance, and a Pokemon guarding the space just beyond it who had the potential for aggression rivaling that of a Swaggered Ursaring, he could very much afford to risk a little sleep amidst the chaos.
[00:32] * Ren` slowly drifts off to sleep, letting out a soft snore as her tail drapes across the entrance as an early-warning system.

[00:36] <Lopunny> "Well, it seems you two happen to have things worked out, more or less." Lopunny chimes in for a moment, a small smile on her face as she closes her eyes in mild contentedness. "I suppose you both can handle things from here, since I really should get back to Psik soon. Please don't go and make a mess of things though, okay?"
[00:37] * Umbreon_ looks over at Absol, "Not exactly..."
[00:38] * Absol lays down giving noticing the Umbreon looking over at him.
[00:39] * Psik 's claws weave into the wood, cutting off chunks and shavings as he smooths the shape, a round basin with a tapered portion sticking off of the top.
[00:41] <Lopunny> Noticing the others seemed to already be too engaged to offer a reply, Lopunny quietly excuses herself as she makes her way back towards where she'd eaten earlier that afternoon, hoping to find Psik there waiting for her still in the time that had passed.
[00:44] * Absol strols over to Umbreon_ "Is there a reason your looking at me..?"
[00:45] * Psik continues humming, the tune repeating in his head driving him on to complete this next little craft, skillfully digging into the basin in several points along its length and dipping into the tapered section, hollowing it. His eyes flick up at the movement to his side, stopping his work as he catches the glimpse of brown and tan puffs wandering closer.
[00:46] * Umbreon_ continues to look at Absol, "Well, if Furret's unwilling to lead me to Luxray, I was thinking I could go off and find him and Ren myself, maybe taking you with me. Furret'll come along no matter what, because that's what luxray told him to do."
[00:48] <+Furret> Umbreon, think for a second. If you go and find him WITHOUT me, what do you think he's going to think happened to me? Mr. Ferocious appearing before him without his little toy will probably give him a bit of a fright, and make him assume the worst.
[00:49] * Absol ponders over the offer as he places a paw gently on the Umbreon's head. "hmm... I guess it couldn't hurt." he says as he playfully rubs the eeveeloution's head.
[00:49] * Umbreon_ leans into Furret, "But Luxray told you to stay with me, and if you leave my side, you'd be disobeying an order."
[00:51] * Furret stands steadfast. "If I lead you to him, I will also be disobeying you. If you attempt to seek him out, my orders would dictate that I'd simply have to stop you."
[00:51] * Umbreon_ cocks his head to the side, "How would you be disobeying me?"
[00:51] * Psik He smiles, setting the unfinished project on his lap and looking up to see Lopunny's figure approaching him, also noting the small pack of pokemon in the distance.

[00:54] <Lopunny> Psik's guess is confirmed as a familiar voice squeaks through the growing darkness. "Sorry I'm late coming back, punn~.... things got a little out of hand with Luxray. Well... more than usual, I mean." she explains, kneeling down next to him to give him a quick kiss hello once more.

[00:58] * Umbreon_ grins at Furret, "Well I'd like to see you try!" he begins to bound off into the forest, motioning for Absol to follow him. "Come and get me, furret!"

[01:01] * Psik 's smile curls the edges of his mouth, joy flowing freely as her kiss flicks onto him and quickly away. "He does tend to do things a little more brazenly than he should...I worry about him sometimes. In any case, it's good to see you again, want another berry?" he says holding up a pair of berries on a stem draped over his claw.

[01:02] * Lopunny silently nods in appreciation, gleefully taking one of the spare fruits in her paws before biting innocently through the skin at her leisure, leaning against the warm Zoroark's body as she allowed the stress of the evening to wear off through her jaw as it crunched through the edible casing.
[01:03] * Furret eases back a step to suddenly lunge at Umbreon, sinking his little teeth into his hindleg with a loud. "NO!"

[01:07] * Psik holds Lopunny to him with a warmly wrapped arm, closing his eyes and nuzzling his chin between her great fluffy ears as he contently enjoys her warmth. The small vibrations of her chewing simply adding a little spice to the mix, the sheer thought of life being so close to him exhilirating and astonishing.
[01:07] * Furret lets his little maw off of the dark type, taking a step back. "...sorry, sir, but I had to stop you."
[01:08] * Umbreon_ rubs his hind leg, glaring at Furret, "You didn't have to bite me. I mean, sheesh. Luxray's order was that you couldn't lead me to him, not I couldn't lead myself to him."
[01:08] * Absol chuckles at the Furret. "If you're worried what you master says. just say I forced you to lead us."
[01:09] * Umbreon_ looks over at Absol, "Yeah. I'm not the only one here. And luxray said nothing about Absol."
[01:10] * Furret growls, stomping a foot. "Don't try to twist this around specifics, you mean fuck! You prove NOTHING by doing this, only exactly what you've been trying to avoid. So I will ask this for a final time before my whities sink into more than just your leg; Stop trying to find him and wait for him to find yo- US!"
[01:11] <Lopunny> It's only mere minutes before Lopunny manages to finish off the first of the berries, clearly a little underfed during the period of her personal thinking time. She points to the second berry sitting within Psik's grasp as a devious but sincere grin forms on her muzzle. "Were you saving that one for yourself, or...?"
[01:11] * Umbreon_ glares at Furret, "I'm not going to pick a fight with him, I'm going there to MAKE AMENDS, you stubborn gray fool!"
[01:12] <Luxray> (Umbreon confirmed for night colorblindness)
[01:12] <+Furret> You will make your amends when he comes to us. I will not disobey him even further than I have, for I fear the next time I do I won't live through the punishment.
[01:13] * Absol sighs. "Furret!"
[01:14] * Psik shifts his paw around, holding the succulent berry still hanging from his claw at a point just level to her mouth, "This? No you can have it...on one condition." he says playfully, his own devious grin stretching slightly across his maw, pulling lightly against Lopunny's head as his rests between her ears.

[01:16] * Lopunny pouts at the near-bullying angle of Psik's actions, using his height as a sheer advantage over her by dangling the berry in front of her with enough space to pull it out of the way if she tried to bite it first. She teasingly puffs her chest out in defiance, giving a huff as she looks him in the eyes. "And what would that be?"

[01:23] * Lopunny 's expectation of a grand request falls short as his words bring a request she could fulfill more easily than even something as obvious as "don't hurt anyone", considering her ridiculously defensive moveset. "Fine" she says with a tout expression, lowering the berry that now was held within her grasp, "but only on one condition yourself." she remarks to him in kind.
[01:28] * Psik releases her paws, leaning over slightly, his nose almost touching Lopunny's. "I'm listening..." he replies, stooping his tone slightly in curiosity.
[01:32] * Lopunny waits for their muzzles to near make contact as she eyes his increasing interest. "On one condition..." she gazes into his pupils like a Cleffa that had just found its mother after being lost.... before sticking her tongue out at him, stained a mild color of the berry juice. "Stop being so cheesy" she squeaks, playfully pushing him away before refocusing to feast on the new fruit she'd acquired.

[01:33] * Furret gives a long sigh, before simply stating. "Sure, but I will consider this a favor. If I'm to be scarred for failing him voluntarily., I'd at least like something to make up for it."
[01:37] * Absol_ bows. "If I can I'll make it up for you... After we speak with Luxray..."
[01:38] * Furret bows in return, very humbled by the gesture. "Aye, we may leave now."
[01:40] * Psik stands up straight, catching his balance and laughing at the response. After a few short bursts he recovers, retaliating by slipping back into place in front of Lopunny and nabbing a small bite from the berry as she bites into it. "Welhm it wouldfh seefm...*gulp*...that you are deserving of a little more than just cheeziness~" he says as he leans in and kisses Lopunny's forehead, leaving a slight sticky patch on her fur.
[01:40] <Absol_> "Then lead the way Furret." he says as he motion Umbreon to follow.
[01:41] * Umbreon_ glares at Furret, "You still didn't have to bite me!", he sighs, "Yes, lead the way..."

[01:41] * Umbreon_ laughs, "I do know. Fine. We're close already.", he lowers his head for the furret to get on top of him, "Get on."

[01:44] * Lopunny puffs her cheeks at the suggestion that Psik's aloofness was going to result in her highly groomed fur having a matted, sticky patch dead center against her skull, attempting to look intimidating while failing miserably in the process. Instead, she continues to eat the food she'd obtained, looking at Psik with a mix of playful yet poopooing glances.
[01:44] * Umbreon_ leads the way over to the Tree where the tunnel and churned earth signifies the entrance to Ren's burrow, "Here we are, Furret. Call him out."
[01:47] * Psik look back down at her expression, seeing that he had bothered her enough. "Alright...I apologize, I've been a little mean..." he says kindly, leaning back and licking up the sticky patch, grooming her fur back into place as she continues eating.
[01:50] * Furret yells out into the hole. "Master Luxray? Are you in there, sir?"
[01:50] * Lopunny was indeed an easy individual to disturb, but the benefit was that she was just as easy, if not moreso, to please, her slightly annoyed huff turning quickly into a cheerful *squeak!* as she appreciates Psik's reaction to his error, soon after finishing the berry in her paws before licking the juices clean off her fingers. "Thank you for the meal, punnn~." she adds, nuzzling him once again.
[01:50] <Lopunny> nuzzling him once again.
[01:52] * Luxray 's light nodoff breaks from the sudden interjection of noise as his ears perk up from their half-raised position, alerting him to the nearby sounds. He didn't respond at first, merely looking over at Ren's still body near the entrance. Why wasn't she doing anything to react to the sound? Was she merely trying to hide their location by staying silent instead?
[01:55] * Umbreon_ motions for Furret to yell out again
[01:56] * Furret nods, then continues. "Master, please come out! There are things to be done, and you've been in there quite a while, sir!"
[01:57] * Psik growls pleasantly at the nuzzling, glad to see that he had somewhat made up for taunting her earlier. He turns his head downward, just enough to groom the edges of her ears, poofing up from her mild agitation earlier. He pauses for a moment, "I didn't mean to get you all worked up...I'll just have to make it up to you."
[01:58] <Luxray> 'Wait a second', Luxray thought to himself, 'did that voice just say Master? There's absolutely no one in this place that would have willingly DARED call him that, unless it was-' "FURRET!" he suddenly exclaims without thinking, risking Leafeon's awakening from the reverberation as he growled. "What in the bloody hell do you think you're doing over here?"

[01:59] * Absol_ looks down the hole for any signs of movement. "Sound's like we found the right place..."
[01:59] * Umbreon_ motions for Absol to yell something at Furret to lure luxray out of the hole
[02:00] * Furret gets off of Umbreon, patting his head twice before sticking his head into the hole within the tree, looking inside. On seeing the situation, and moreso Luxray's irritated face, he suddenly reconsiders his actions. "Uhm... sir. I have... I have brought Absol, for he wished to speak with you."
[02:01] <Luxray> Furret's intrusion into the hole is suddenly met with fierce repercussion as Luxray's paw swings from the side, snagging him along the scruff of his neck and dragging him straight into the cavern, and right up to the seething teeth of a very, very discontent lion.

[02:01] * Umbreon_ gasps, "Furret!" yelling into the hole, "Luxray, you better not hurt the poor thing!"
[02:02] * Absol_ looks back at the hole in terror. "Furret!"
[02:02] <Luxray> "You blithering, feeble-minded numbskull!" he seethes in a low tone to the ferret in his grasp. "What did I JUST say not an hour's time ago in that clearing earlier? What did I say?! I can most definitely assure you it was *not*, "bring your sorry behind back here with that insufferable whitecoat in tow! Explain yourself *now*!"
[02:04] * Furret quivers in his fear, almost unable to form words. "I-I am excuseless, master. I was convinced to come... begged to... o-oh god I'm so sorry."
[02:05] * Absol_ yells back into the hole. "Luxray!? It was at my request Furret lead me here. I only wish to speak to you!"
[02:06] <Luxray> "Convinced? *Convinced?!*" his voice roars again. "I just spent the good portion of a week essentially reminding you of your sworn allegiance to me, to the point of bringing you to a miserable emotional revelation, and even GRANTED you the GIFT of your sorry hind-end punishment, and you merely let yourself be 'convinced' at a moment's notice by someone you've never even serviced before?!"
[02:07] * Furret shakes his head, leaving his dialogue unconsciously suggestive to the two outside. "NO! NOnononono please master! I c-couldn't be more sorry! I... No! No don't, master, PLEASE DON'T!"
[02:09] * Luxray 's eyes continue to glare intensely at the normal type, his Intimidation working itself perfectly into the rounded pupils of his questionably loyal subject. "There are no words, *no words* right now that can describe the utter contempt I have for your sad excuse for a waste tube you call a body. Your usefulness as a death deterrent is, in fact, the only thing keeping you in my service and not his gullet."

[02:11] * Absol_ looks back into the hole, as he knew what he had to do. "Furret! hold on!" he yells as he burst into the hole.

You cannot even begin to comprehend the punishment that awaits you from this, one that I even can't fully formulate in my mind because of how focused I am on writhing at your presence right now. Do not think this will etch itself from my memory. Now let's go."
[02:13] * Furret hangs in Luxray's grasp, in silent tears as his eyes stick to the ground.
[02:14] * Absol_ dives in tackling the electric pokemon in a attemp to free Furret. "Furret are you alright!" he called out in the dark.
[02:15] * Luxray 's initial impact with an unsure vistor kicks his body into overdrive, sending a blinding amount of light out to illuminate the dim cave as he hunches back against his paining legs to defend himself. How Leafeon was managing to stay asleep through all this was nothing short of miraculous.
[02:16] * Umbreon_ yells down into the hole, "Absol, get outta there, now! You're going to make things worse!"
[02:17] <Luxray> When the rays have finished their lighting up of the area, he finds himself squaring off against a particularly determined Absol, the soft body of Furret hanging from between his fangs as a steady pressure keeps him pinned within his maw.
[02:17] * Furret cries out, now no longer worried with his volume. "A-Absol? No, get o-out of here! NOW!"
[02:19] * Absol_ looks away from the burst of light as he ignored the others words. "Let him go Luxray!" he growls.
[02:20] * Furret blurts out: "MY FAVOR IS FOR YOU TO GET YOUR ASS OUT OF HERE RIGHT NOW!"
[02:20] <Luxray> "Yoph amre ihn NHO phosithion to nmegophiate" come the mumbled words as Luxray's heated breath exits from around Furret's quivering frame, his eyes narrowed intensely as the air only becomes more tense. "Giht oumt. *Nohw*."
[02:21] * Umbreon_ yells down into the hole at absol, "ABSOL! GET YOUR ASS OUT OF THERE. NOW. DON'T MAKE ME COME DOWN THERE, MISTER!"
[02:22] <Lopunny> "It's fine" she chirrups in an understanding tone as she observes the concern on his face. "I know that it's been a while since we actually spent time together, so I figure you're probably just happy to have me around physically, right? It's sort of my fault for letting that happen anyway, so..."
[02:23] * Absol_ stares down the larger pokemon as his body tensed up ready to strike. "Not with out Furret!" he roars back determine to rescue him.

I'hl doph whmt I WHAMT wifh hmm!" he repeats, determined to keep Furret within his grasp for the sake of his life as a pulsing charge prepares itself along his main body. In this enclosed space, Absol would have no hope of dodging it successfully were it to fire.

[02:29] * Absol_ scans his opponent for any weakpoints as he felt a charge in the air as he prepred to attack. He only gives a single reply. "If I leave now and something happens to you I know I would never let it down..."
[02:29] <+Furret> Nothing will happen, I promise you. Leave.
[02:29] <Psik> "Knowing that you're safe, the physical aspect of you, Lopunny...right...and even if we have had some time away from each other, we're still here now, and we've got all the time we need in the future." he says with some reflection as he crouches and wraps his arms around her, holding her to his chest and lifing her from the ground.
[02:30] * Luxray merely continues to stare down his opponent, wondering whether what was keeping him in front of the agitated cat was courage, ignorance, or straight up brain damage from having a sword stuck in his skull.

[02:33] * Lopunny releases a small *squeak* as she feels her center of gravity moving itself as the weight of her body is removed from the ground, the cold grass soon replaced by the warmth of a white furred lap as her soft hind end rests against the layer of haired down that adorned the legs of her significant other.
[02:35] <Lopunny> Her muzzle is soon engulfed by the sight of numerous albino hairs sweeping in from the sides as her face comes to rest in the mess of a mane that was the signature cloak of her partner, basking in the soft curves of his chest as she allowed herself to be held close against his beating heart.
[02:35] * Absol_ stares back at the lion as he waited for the first move. "What's the matter bright eyes afraid of me!" he taunted wishing that would do the trick.

[02:38] * Luxray had wished to avoid it, but Absol's taunt proved to the effective signature of his verbal will. With crackling intensity, the built up charge fires itself at once from the concentrated pulse within his tail, fanning out in wide angles as it surges toward the loudmouthed adversary, the excess draining out through his...occupied teeth.

[02:46] * Psik 's arms and lap encompass Lopunny in warmth, her light earthen colors brandishing against his white, but creating an artistic mixture of the common and the irregular, while his thoughts wandered to her body's pulse. It had begun off beat, her smaller heart slow and pressing against his chest, but as the two embraced the warmth...

[02:54] <Luxray> "Do you see. Look at what you dragged into this place. LOOK at who else is here." he bellows, knocking the ferret's body to its side in order to bring Leafeon's resting self into his line of sight. "Look at what THAT THING almost attacked, you miserable sack of bad fortune. Do you have *any* idea what you almost caused to happen to an innocent Pokemon who already got near killed once from collateral damage?!"
[02:56] * Absol_ takes Umbreon's beating. " Ouch!... In all honesty... I forgot about that as soon as I jumped down the hole... OW!"
[02:57] * Furret stares at the STILL SOMEHOW slumbering body of Leafeon, a nice steady stream of tears taking a short trip from his eyes to the soft ground. He can only get out one word through his own guilty misery. "S-sorry..."
[02:58] * Umbreon_ sighs, "Now I'm going to have even more explaining to do.", he turns around and heads down into the hole, completely ignoring flareon, and luxray, calmly creeping over to Ferret, placing a paw on his head and streaming healing energy into him. "You'll be okay, little fella. I'm sorry about what Absol just caused."
[03:00] <Luxray> "Bringing back unwanted guests, and dangerous ones to boot. Nearly causing the death of-" his tirade freezes in place as Umbreon nears him, his body instinctively moving himself behind Furret before pushing him directly in front, as though he were some sort of living garlic shield against the vampire seeking his blood.
[03:00] <+Flareon> (More like meat shield.)
[03:01] * Furret may be cured, but lies there and mopes all the while. Being pushed away like some sort of offering to 'the devil' by his master doesn't help reassure him, by the way.
[03:03] <+Flareon> "Luxray, calm down. Umbreon just wants to talk..." He really hoped being he would give Luxray some sense of security. At least enough to not fight or run.
[03:03] * Absol_ waits out side the hole happily
[03:04] * Umbreon_ nuzzles happily into Furret, "Hey, there, little guy, are you okay~?"
[03:05] * Furret whispers, "Get the fuck away from me."
[03:05] * Luxray had any other reason not to trust what was going on with Umbreon in his presence, but as it stood he knew he had Furrent in his grasp, and with that in mind the least he could do under his protection was attempt to hear out what was going on. He was not a single bit pleased about the circumstances, however. "...Go on."
[03:05] * Umbreon_ giggles, looking happily over at Flareon, "He's okay."
[03:06] * Furret raises a paw, flipping off the crowd.
[03:07] <+Flareon> "We love you too, Furret." He replies dryly.
[03:07] * Umbreon_ looks over at Luxray, "Lux, I don't know how much of my schpiel I was giving to the group earlier you actually listened to, but, I need you to understand that I'm not out to kill, maim, or eat you. In fact, I want to be friends.".
[03:07] <+Furret> (Moreso to everyone in the room, but it can be to the 4th wall too.)
[03:07] * Lopunny ... wasn't entirely sure what Psik was referring to, although she certainly tried her hardest to try and clue herself in to what was taking place. She wasn't anywhere near as mentally advanced as he was, but at the very least she could tell in that moment that he felt closer to her than any other point in that evening,
[03:09] * Absol_ pokes his head down the hole. "oh good Furret is ok."
[03:09] <Lopunny> her soft voice seeking to comfort him as she kept herself snug within his embrace. "Y-yeah....I think I do.... or at least, well.... mmn..." she stutters to herself, before coming to rest on a phrase she knew would have nearly the same effect. "...I love you, Psik."
[03:11] <Luxray> "Friends. 24 hours ago I was looking into the gaping maw of a bloodthirsty fiend as toxic poison racked my body from my brain down to my ass, and now you want me to be your 'friend' like I'm supposed to take a near death experience as a lesson in building character." he quotes, glaring at the dark type. "You must be more insane than Furret."
[03:11] * Umbreon_ looks at Luxray, "You have to understand that when, I, uhh, attacked you the other night, I was being controlled by Moonlight, and an overcharge of that sort of energy can drive any pokemon to temporary insanity.
[03:12] * Flareon picks up Furret and carries him back near the opening with him. This sacificial shield nonsense was annoying.
[03:12] * Psik sighs, but not out of exhastion, not in vain, but in joy. His breath puffing onto Lopunny's shoulder before he lifts his head to look her in the eyes, remembering that thought was not always the best thing to use. "Lopunny...I love you..." he lets the words ring off in a gentle tone as his lips meet hers.
[03:12] * Umbreon_ looks at the floor of the cave, it's my fault for being unable to control and properly expend my energy when the moon is full..."
[03:13] * Furret scrambles in Flareon's hold, but is ultimately helpless in being carried off.

Why didn't your 'excessive energy' seek to expend itself on stronger opponents once it quite literally put me out of commission?" he asks, the sheer admittance of his defeat causing the wound in his shoulder to feel like it had opened fresh again, searing pain running along his side in both shame and outright detestment.
[03:14] * Psik 's moist rims pressing against hers as fine hairs twitch under the pressure, his tongue pressing onward bravely, boldly returning to her mouth and slipping along the roof and tingling around past her rounded nibs before coming to caress and wrap itself about hers.
[03:16] * Umbreon_ continues to stare at the floor, "Because up until the point where the insanity made me poison you, you were the one I was "fighting" with, so synchronize gave you moonlight, too. If I hadn't poisoned you, I could have fought with you until the energy was brought back down to a sane level. Next time, if I get into a fight early enough into the night, I could give the sparring partner the moonlight early on, so I could expend enough energy against them to never lose control..."
[03:19] <Luxray> "So, let me get this straight." Luxray begins, taking in a deep breath before reexplaining the situation to make sure he'd not missed a single imperative detail.
[03:21] <Luxray> "You are standing here before me, in the middle of a dimly lit cavern with an Eeveelution who has slumbering depth I can't recall seeing since that news story about the Snorlax on Route 221, informing me that my effective ass-handing was practically all because of your inability to keep your furry behind tamed long enough by a floating inanimate object in space, leading you to nearly cripple me for life,
[03:22] <Luxray> leading you to nearly cripple me for life, before managing to be stopped by perhaps the LEAST threatening obstacle to come into this section of the planes since Kabra decided he was good enough to split me and Vaporeon apart,
[03:23] <Luxray> and that NOT ONLY is your victory essentially nullified by your inherent lack of a containment neuron regarding your own evening powers, but you're now requesting I *join* you the next time this phenomenon takes over your sorry carcass so that I can not only steal your power on purpose, but potentially BEAT your ass with it?"
[03:24] * Umbreon_ laughs a little uneasily, "U=uhh, yeah... That's basically it..."
[03:25] * Luxray sits in silence for a few moments, stone-faced at everything Umbreon had essentially just confirmed as fact, before speaking to Furret with his muzzle pointed in that same direction. "Furret, go forward for a moment and smack this thing before me so I can make sure I'm not actually dreaming in the last throes of a horrible, poisonous hallucination-spawning death."
[03:26] <+Flareon> Uh, Luxray, I'm pretty sure Furret is incapacitated.
[03:27] * Furret drops himself out of Flareon's grasp, walks over to Luxray, and very obediantly slaps his paw across his outstreached maw.

[03:28] <+Furret> (Sorry, Psik... Dunno what happened to the bunny.)
[03:28] * Luxray , having official confirmation that this was indeed not a last-second joke played on his body by his incompatibly functioning brain, then ended his inquisition with his final, asserting words. "My friend, consider this challenge. *On*."

[03:32] * Umbreon_ blinks, before laughing uneasily, "haha, thanks."

[03:37] <Luxray> "Fine. But if I so much as see you try to put the moves on Leafeon while I'm sleeping here, your body rings won't be the only lights I put out. Capiche?"
[03:38] * Furret reluctantly eats the berry, disliking the 'mommy' treatment he was receiving from Flareon.
[03:38] * Umbreon_ laughs, "Trust me, if you knew my history with her, you'd know I intend to do anything but that.", he moves over to a corner of the burrow close to the door, opposite of leafeon, and curls up. "She's a fucking heavy sleeper though, I'll give her that."
[03:40] * Luxray acknowledges Umbreon's position, as well as his comment, with an assertive grunt, making his way over to Leafeon's side once again before slowly lowering his haunches down, wincing a little at the crinkle of pain in the process, coming to rest eventually at her feet once more.
[03:41] * Umbreon_ sighs heavily, nuzzling his face into his fur, and falls asleep.
