Abstract
The invention relates to the medical application of Curcuma zedoaria oil in prepg. medical agent for preventing and treating HPV infection, cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion, papilloma, and cervical cancer. The said medical agent comprises of Curcuma zedoaria oil 0.3-29.0, borneol 0.3-27, and transdermal absorption enhancer 0.1-10.0%. Transdermal absorption enhancer is azone, DMSO, tetradecanol, octanoic acid and/or oleic acid. The medical agent can be suppository, foam, capsule, effervescent tablet, mucosal cream, gel, film, ointment, soln., aerosol, dripping pill, tablet, injection, etc.
