Unlike most of ID, your claim (well a claim regurgitated uncritically from the throat of John Sanford into yours) can somehow be tested. You (i.e. Sanford) claim that ~200 inexorably deleterious generations accumulate per generation.
Now I'm going to falsify that claim with ease. I'll make a very nice assumption on behalf of cretinism, too, that the Earth is 6,000 years old. Civilization is older than 6,000 years, but I'll ignore that fact for now. I will assume also that the typical cyanobacterium has a genome of ~10 million base pairs. This is an exceedingly generous assumption because 8 million is considered massive for a cyanobacterium. Now cyanobacteria are very important because they account for 20 to 30% of this planet's primary productivity!
Cyanobacteria have a division time a little less than a day. That being said, current cyanobacteria should have picked up 438 *million* deleterious mutations given a 6,000 year old world, well over 40x their theoretical (and generous) average genome size.
