Dear Valued StanaPhone Customer,

If you fail to respond to this email your service will be suspended on July 29, 2005
no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time (US & Canada).

Because of the FCC ruling we have to make sure that all of our customers acknowledge
their awareness of the fact that StanaPhone currently does not support 911 emergency
calling. We also need to make sure that you are aware of the differences between
VoIP 911 Dialing feature and traditional 911. Please login to your web account or
(https://www.stanaphone.com/verified/911-client.shtml?email=<email used to sign up>) to
review these differences and acknowledge your understanding. We apologize for
sending you repeated notifications, but we require your acknowledgement as a result
of the FCC ruling.

Please BE SAFE -- print out our warning sticker from
http://www.stanaphone.com/911/911.pdf and put it next to your computer and a phone
so everyone in your household knows that StanaPhone currently doesn't provide
emergency 911 calling.

We are currently working on adding 911 service that will be available to you in a
very near future.

Please note, if you have multiple StanaPhone accounts you must acknowledge that you
have read and understand the 911 Dialing notice for each account separately.

Sincerely,

StanaPhone Customer Care
