ES1
2. The behavior of the fish is not the same in both simulations. There is a matter of random movement among the fishes in various parts of the program.
AQS1
1. The bounded area represents the lake whereas the grid lines represent the area to which the fish is bounded by in that one step.
2. The fish in the model can be within the boundary of the lake at all times, and within the boundary of the grids in each step. There cannot be more than one fish in each grid at one time.
3. The user can decide which direction the fishes face. The direction of the fish does determine where the fish goes for the first step.
4. The fish does move every step, but the movement is random and one cannot determine where the fish is going to move in the long run, but the fish will move to where it is facing for the next step.

Timestep Fishs Location Fishs Direction Did it move? In what direction? New Location New Direction
1. 3,2 North Yes North 3,3 West
2. 3,3 West Yes West 3,4 West
3. 3,4 West Yes South 4,4 South
4. 4,4 South Yes East 4,3 East
5. 4,3 East Yes North 3,3 North
2. The classmate did not have the same results. Therefore, it would be reasonable to assume that the fishs movement is random and cannot be predicted. I am not confident that I have enough data, because it is only five steps and could be many more steps.
AQS2
1. The test results did not show the same thing, comparing the results within the class shows that the fish movement is random. Although five steps is a relatively small number, there is already a sign of random movement for the fish.
