Our site is suffering somewhat due to the forum shutdown. We have read through Total Choice's user agreement and have been unable to find anything about being required to use a hypertext domain name. Moreover, we are having difficulty understanding why a hosting company cannot track its own bandwidth without use of a hypertext domain name.
So I'm making a formal request that you unsuspend our account for the time being. Now that we know what the problem is, we're working on figuring out options but are very short in funds at the moment. An inability to compromise here will likely mean the end of our relationship with Total Choice Hosting.
