Replace the "lame" file in /Contents/Resources with the "lame" file you downloaded from jiggafellz.isa-geek.net
OS X will ask you to replace the existing file, click "Replace"

We are now updated to LAME version 3.97b2

Step 4: Ripping CD's as APS/APX

in the command line type one of the following:

--alt-preset standard
or
--alt-preset extreme

This will now import your CD (or playlist) as LAME

--alt-preset standard = APS
--alt-preset extreme = APX
