C-Eb-Gb : C-Eb is a minor third so consonant, as is Eb-Gb, but C-Gb is a tritone, which we said is very dissonant, so probably the whole chord is dissonant.
augmented chord
C-E-G# : C-E is a major third which is consonant, as is E-G#. C-G# is a minor sixth (consonant) or an augmented fifth (dissonant), so it probably depends on the musical context as to whether it is consonant or dissonant, respectively.
