We pass in the set TicketTrack on 'Save'
With saving an update to a ticket, wouldn't BugPriorityMeaning -always- have something in it, and tPriorityMeaning always be blank? Meaning, wouldn't it -always- send an email? I know it does not, I'm just trying to find out how it works.
