Introduction [IN0001]

This is a weapon FAQ for Demons's Souls on the Play Station 3. Be sure to
check the Terms section to know how to read the stats for each weapon, and be
sure to read the Upgrade Stone Effects to know what stats are added when using
upgrade stones.
To upgrade weapons in Demon's Souls you need to talk to Blcksmith Ed in
Stonefang Tunnel. He is located on stage 2-1 near the start of the stage. In
order to get to him you need to go through the stage and turn a lever near the
end of the stage to activate the lift. Once the lift is activated he is at the
bottom of it, just talk to him to upgrade weapons, note that you don't need to
have stones with you to upgrade, you just need the weapon you want to upgrade
with you.
In order to make a unique weapon using a Major Demon Soul you will need to
have the Red Hot Demons Soul. You can get this soul by killing Flamelurker in
2-2. Once you have the Red Hot Demons Soul go to Blacksmith Ed and select to
talk to him a few times. Once he starts saying the same thing exit the menu.
Now talk to him again with the Red Hot Demon Soul in your inventory and he
will ask for it, give it to him and he will now be able to make unique
weapons using major demons souls. For more on making weapons with major demons
