MOD released Pearl_Jam_-_Backspace-2009-MOD which was NOT nuked
oNE release proper on the basis that the letter 'R' is missing from Backspacer.
As already pointed out in the nuke of oNE's release of same album, that as per current MP3 rules, note 3 that:
Typos (in dirname, trackname, id3, etc ...)
are tolerated if it still is readable and either
artist or title is 100% correct.
oNE release of said album is nuked
EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT REQUIRED OF MOD, they even released a id3fix and Dirfix within 72 hours of their original release, which is also as per current MP3 rules, 17.2:
If a release gets nuked for BAD DIRNAME or
BAD ID3 then the releasegroup has 72 hours to
release a DIR/ID3FIX.
So don't go unnuking the oNE release for 'fine' when really IT IS NOT FINE IT IS AN INVALID PROPER AND A DUPE!
