Stuff

Hi guys! I'm new to asterisk. I have a problem. I'm using sip phones. When I call a phone person in the other end cant hear me and so am I. But I can tranfer the call to another phone. If I use both IAX2 phones.. I both site can hear but cant tranfer call. Anyone know how to solve this problem?? I need to forward call doesnt matter using IAX or SIP. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
