Here is the question format I'm suggesting. Most of the questions are pretty good fodder, I just dont think we need all these questions as a qualifier for joining. I have thus split these questions into two groups of 12 so that the applicant can apply as a beginner, or apply to be an advanced helper at any time they feel ready to. This way we can make sure people coming in get a status reflecting their knowledge. Either they can take all 23 questions at once, pass that exam, and start as aop, or they can take the beginner test and start as a hop and earn their way up through learning. (One question I thought was good is included in both ranks, since knowing where mIRC keeps it's settings is essential at both levels, since that's a good place to disable scripts which are auto loading, as well as an advanced skill, if you learn the format of the INI you can basically change settings without digging through the options dialog, though using the options dialog is usually the 'instant' way to apply changes. But knowing where the INI is can help in case of a incorrect setting which prevents mIRC from starting and functioning normally.Beginner Questions: (Start out as %)How do you open a custom window that outputs raw server messages? How do you unload a remote script with a command? What is the difference between a local variable and a global variable? How do you turn the "Line Marker" on and off?Write a simple on join script with a counter for channel #blahFind the error in this script (besides the quotes):	\"on *:text:!cookie $nick:#:{ describe $chan gives $nick a cookie }"What is the easiest way to clear the global variables list? What are the 6 math operation symbols in mIRCscript? In what file are the settings for mIRC stored in?When are the { and } brackets necessary to have in a script for it to work properly? What are the 2 types of loops in mIRCscript?Does mIRC support IPv6?Advanced Questions: (Start out as @ or & in rare occasions, perhaps if the person scores perfectly or is deemed worthy of sop beforehand.)What ascii character is the CTCP control codeProvide a correct /sockopen command to connect to www.google.comWhat is the difference between # and $chan?
