To make your own, simply drop a REAL c99.php on your site somewhere (or your development mirror, at home) and then, in your browser, save that rendered page to your hard drive. Now you have a plain HTML rendering of c99.php. Don't forget to delete the original c99.php from your site, right now! That's good enough for a gag, but you want the funky messages, too, right?
