Dear Sir/Madame
I am the administrator of Curse Gaming [http://www.curse-gaming.com/, one of the leading online media resources in the world. We are currently the #2 ranked site for MMORPG related games and are heavily expanding within the next 6 months. We will be covering nearly all MMO style games and possibly expanding to cover offline games as well as other platforms.
We are interested in attending your show in order to expand our media coverage on the website. We have already covered several shows in the past such as E3, ESWC, and Blizzcon, and would love to cover this one as well for our community.
In all of these shows there were special applications in order to apply for a press/media pass online. I was unable to find one on the website however. Could you please give me some more information on how I might be able to attend the event and on the limit of staff allowed to cover it if possible.
