The tun0 interfaces are the VPN endpoints. AT&T has told us they will
be willing to route the 198 stuff for us so we don't have a
bass-ackward network initilazation that is flaky and potentially slow
at best (TCP Data payload over UDP VPN packets). I guess after Shelby
showed them what we are having to do they felt sorry for us.
This is what a branch office looks like that utilizes the VPN. 251 is
the branch IP.
