When the Gieger Counter sound started emitting from my poor DVD drive, these other options were ALSO SET!
fs=yes
bpp=24
cache = 4096
cache-min = 20.0
cache-seek-min = 5
Above options have been commented out now, and the Movies do play,
but also mess up once i start tweaking the speed (accidental key presses)
or volume params .. then it fails with the same error messages,
BUT atleast no more horrible NASTY NOISE!!! ugh!!
The one option i ENABLED was ===> framedrop=yes <--- was previosly Commented
out. Enabling this seemed to help playback atleast - and along with
commenting out the other above ones, STOPPED that nasty noise! ... ugh
thanks
