Specify "ALSA:analog" for analog output, "ALSA:digital" for S/PDIF output, "ALSA:mixed-analog" for software-mixed analog output, or "ALSA:mixed-digital" for software-mixed S/PDIF output. (this is in the Myth -> Settings -> General and usually says /dev/dsp. You need to highlight this and then type in the value, it's not in the list of dropdowns.)
