Hello Chris,

We spoke a while ago online where you indicated that you wanted to lower your costs for Canadian originated toll-free routing. In good faith, we routed four (4) toll-free numbers to your service. According to our logs, you have been using those numbers.

You commented that the service was great and that you wanted 10 more DIDs. At the time I asked that you fax back the Master Services Agreement so that we may continue to route Canadian originated traffic under our standard contract. To date, I have not received the MSA, and we have left the original four numbers active.

I've tried to contact you several times since then and every attempt has gone unanswered except for the most recent contact attempt, where I indicated we would disconnect these numbers. I received an immediate response, and when I once again asked that the MSA be signed and faxed back you "disappeared."

At this point, your behaviour has caused me to become sufficiently concerned about our business relationship. I need you to fax back the MSA along with a deposit of CAD$500.00 within the next 48 hours (before 5:00pm EDT Friday 13 may 2005). If we do not receive the deposit and a faxed-back, signed MSA we will terminate any current routing at that time.

Any further business will be dependent on SixTel maintaining a minimum CAD$500.00 balance at all times for the next 6 months. If your account falls into our net-30 billings, we will terminate any routed numbers and use the deposit to pay off the debt. We have been very patient but our patience is wearing thin.

VocTel is very interested in routing Canadian originated toll-free traffic to you. I hope we can work together.

Sincerely,
