Hello Chris,

We spoke awhile ago and on MSN that you wanted to lower your costs for Canadian originated toll-free routing. In good faith, we routed you 4 toll-free numbers. According to our logs, you have been using those numbers.

You said the service was great and that you wanted 10 more DIDs. At the time, I asked that you fax back the Master Services Agreement so that we may continue to route Canadian originated traffic. I have not received the MSA even though we left your 4 numbers active.

At this point, I need you to fax back the MSA along with a deposit of $500.00 CAD within the next 48 hrs. If we do not receive the said amount with the MSA, we will terminate any current routing.

Any further business will be dependent on SixTel maintaining a minimum $500 balance at all times for the next 6 months.

VocTel is very interested in routing canadian originated toll-free traffic to you. I hope we can work together.

Sincerely,
