Oops. I used the round() function instead of ceil() after I
multiplied each rate by 0.9. Sometimes this would round down, so some
of those attempted changes were as much as 10.4%, clearly invalid.
This means that the values of everything is about 2, so the last
changes failed, my withdrawals failed, and root's withdrawal rate
increases failed. I feared that someone would realize this and
actually start a run on the bank, but luckily, it doesn't seem so ;-)
Instead of trying to figure out exactly where I messed up, I'm going
to just repeat everything with the proper rounding (rounding up, so
the change will always be 10% or less). Disclaimer: The actions at
the beginning will fail, but at some point they will start working and
everything will be properly reduced to 1.
By the way, if I haven't consented to an AFO change, it's only because
I forgot about it. I'll go figure that all out later.
