I don't have the board in front of me, but I believe the jumper you want is R6, which is adjacent to S6. S6 is a 0603-resistor sized copper trace -- a builtin zero ohm resistor. R6 is an 0603-sized resistor footprint. Bridge that with an 0603 resistor, a piece of wire, a blob of solder. S6 and R6 connect to pin 1 of the JTAG connector. The funny thing about this jumper setting is that it both CPU and SAMCOP TDI to pin 6, so both devices are having values shifted in, but the only TDO connected is from the ASIC.

According to the schematics, pin 1 should be ASIC TDI, pins 3 and 4 should be ASIC TDO, using the hardwired jumpers S6 and S7. S7 connects ASIC TDI to pin 1. I would recommend trying this first, actually.
