- 1 ~ libhttp-dev long description should contain a line like "This ppackage contains the development headers" or something, just to further differentiate from libhttp
- 2 - Don't forget to file your ITP and include the bug number in the changelog
- 3 - debian/copyright needs info on how to find the GPL on a Debian system
- 4 - debian/copyright needs to list the license for the packaging
- 5 - You don't want to ship debian/tmp/usr/lib/*.la, so keep it out of the install files
