Paste Description for Ubuntu Broken Packag

When I use synaptic before doing any operation it says There are broken packages, fix them. When I try to install, xchat, for example, all I get is You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these, and when i follow that recipe, all what i get are those errors :(
Any clues on that?

Thanks
