Omfgg i just got 10m for free!!! all i did was reply "10m please" on this clan thread on the runescape forums, and next thing i know 5minutes later somone messages me "hey come to world .. for the 10m." A number of incidents have taken place in the last several weeks which have troubled many members of our community. Here's my side of the story: If Andrew Gower were as bright as he thinks he is, he'd know that I, speaking as someone who is not a destructive, demented imbecile, am appalled by the vast generalizations in his claim that he is a paragon of morality and wisdom. The logical consequences of that are clear: It is amazing to me that Andrew would dare to criticize someone or something without carefully reading what was written. Am I aware of how Andrew will react when he reads that last sentence? Yes. Do I care? No, because the baneful nature of his sound bites is not just a rumor. It is a fact to which I can testify. In general, Andrew is planning to reduce us to acute penury. This does not bode well for the future, because it's time for him to get back on the reality bus. I could write pages on the subject, but the following should suffice. This is a truth that Andrew's legates are told by Andrew that they cannot acknowledge, lest they give aid and comfort to the rest of us. I've said that before and I've said it often, but perhaps I haven't been concrete enough or specific enough, so now I'll try to remedy those shortcomings. I'll try to be a lot more specific and concrete when I explain that when Andrew's self-serving utterances are translated into plain, words-mean-things English, he appears to be saying that every word that leaves his mouth is teeming with useful information. For me, this jealous, resentful moonshine serves only to emphasize how Andrew's pranks have caused widespread social alienation, and from this alienation a thousand social pathologies have sprung. The truth hurts, doesn't it, Andrew? Already, some confused poltroons have begun to concoct labels for people, objects, and behaviors in order to manipulate the public's opinion of them, and with terrifying and tragic results. What smear tactics will follow from their camp is anyone's guess. He's like the man behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz. Pull back the curtain of communism and you'll see a sexist criticaster hiding behind it, furiously pulling the levers of feudalism in a boisterous attempt to brandish the word "noninterventionalist" (as it is commonly spelled) to hoodwink people into believing that his assertions are our final line of defense against tyrrany. That sort of discovery should make any sane person realize that Andrew can't possibly believe that those of us who oppose him would rather run than fight. He's incorrigible, but he's not that incorrigible.

 

When Andrew made his puppy-dog cult followers wag their little tails by promising to let them goad the worst kinds of balmy, foul-mouthed nonentities there are into hurling epithets at his enemies, I realized for the first time that Andrew claims that escapism brings one closer to nirvana. Well, I beg to differ. It doesn't do us much good to become angry and wave our arms and shout about the evils of his modes of thought in general terms. If we want other people to agree with us and join forces with us, then we must inculcate in the reader an inquisitive spirit and a skepticism about beliefs that Andrew's attendants take for granted.

 

Please note that when I finish writing this letter you might not hear from me again for a while. I simply don't have enough strength left to shout back at Andrew's propaganda. Nevertheless, Andrew's spokesmen have learned their scripts well and the rhetoric comes gushing forth with little provocation. We should tell you things that Andrew doesn't want you to know. (Goodness knows, our elected officials aren't going to.) If one dares to criticize even a single tenet of his epigrams, one is promptly condemned as sanctimonious, wayward, treasonous, or whatever epithet he deems most appropriate, usually without much explanation.

 

Grumpy and mawkish, Andrew's propositions resemble a dilapidated shed. Kick in the door and the whole rotten structure will collapse, proving my claim that Andrew is doing everything in his power to make me stampede into the abattoir. The only reason I haven't yet is that I believe in the four P's: patience, prayer, positive thinking, and perseverance. He argues that the Universe belongs to him by right. To maintain this thesis, Andrew naturally has had to shovel away a mountain of evidence, which he does by the desperate expedient of claiming that the only way to expand one's mind is with drugs -- or maybe even chocolate. He is addicted to the feeling of power, to the idea of controlling people. Sadly, he has no real concern for the welfare or the destiny of the people he desires to lead. Not to belabor the point, but if Andrew's thinking were cerebral rather than glandular, he wouldn't consider it such a good idea to abet ethnic genocide, dictatorships, and perverted evil-doers.
