The Bibliography of Recommended Reading is a tool where you can find references to a number of recommended articles, books and other materials related to specific New Zealand public service leadership competencies, as identified in the Leadership Capability Profile (LCP).

The reading material is categorised by the competency areas identified in the LCP. Most of the information in the LDC Portal is organised around the capability framework to make it easier to link resources to this structure throughout the Portal. For example, there are links from within My Development Plan to matching Recommended Reading material.
