Why do two groups that signed the x264 movie rules both
start transcoding to dts on the same day?
3.2.2) Source AC3 or DTS from a BluRay
3.2.3) AC3 transcoded from source LPCM, DD+ or EAC3
If you dont like the rules, don't sign them.
And regarding that Transformers proper, i checked hv's
"proof", i didn't see any difference. Septic's release
was fine and this was another "we lost so we gotta find
some proper reason" proper. Third time they did this,
remember Shooter and 300 ? You can't argue with quants
if they are not in the rules and you can't argue
DVD5 vs DVD9 if you come up with stupid rules like
"2.4) DVD9 should be used only in cases of long movies, or high action movies."
If Septic considers anything a high action movie they can use
DVD9, which is why i have said all along those rules need to
be changed.
But if you loose a race, don't start looking for anything
to proper, no matter how lame, just get over it.
