1) Are all pins bi-directional, or can be used as input or output as
desired?
NO THE C11 DOES NOT HAVE BIDIRECTIONAL PINS.
2) On the silkscreen near the Output DB25 it mentions that "Pins 2,4,6,8 are
hi speed..." does that imply that other pins are NOT hi-speed?
YES, THE REST OF THE PINS CAN GO UP TO 10KHZ.
3) "A power supply with 5vdc@ 2 amps and 12vdc@ 0.3 amps for operation. It
also requires a connection to your PC power supply" Does this mean that two
separate power sources are required? One being +5vdc/+12VDC and another for
+5VDC; I ask because I more than likely will use some switching PSU's that I
have and I'm not sure if that would provide enough isolation as the grounds
would be common with chassis. Can the second PSU (+5VDC) be common with the
drives?
THE BOARD COMES WITH A USB POWER CABLE THAT IS USED TO POWER THE SIDE OF THE
CIRCUITTHAT INTERACTS WITH THE PC. YOU ONLY NEED ONE ADDITIONAL POWER
SUPPLY. WHAT YOU HAVE IN MIND IS OK, JUST DO NOT CONNEC THE CHASIS OF THE
CNC CONTROL BOX TOT EH CHASIS OF THE PC.
4) When mounting the PCB, does it need to be isolated from chassis ground?
NO, BUT KEEP THE SIDE THAT INTERCATS WITH PC ISOLATED.
5) Can the SSR be changed from 10A to 15A (My spindle needs 12A).
IT HAS A 30 AMP TRIAC, I RATED AT 10 JUST AS A PRECAUTION. IT SHOULD WORK
FOR YOU, JUST MAKE SURE YOUR SOINDEL DOES NOT HAVE ROUGH STARTS.
6) Will this ESTOP Circuit work with your board?

I AM SORRY I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AT THIS TIME. BUT SINCE THIS BOARD
HAS AN EXTERNAL ENABLE PIN, IT ALLOWS FOR A VERY SOFISTICATED E-STOP WIRING
IMPLEMENTATION. AS YOU CAN USE THE SAME E-STOP SINGAL TO DISABLE THE
OUTPUTS DIRECTLY, WITHOUT HAVING TO WAIT FOR THE CONTROL SOFTWARE TO DISABLE
IT.
7) Is the charge-pump signal/circuit compatible with EMC?
AS I UNDERSTAN EMC DOES NOT HAVE SAFETY CHARGE PUMP. THE USER COULD DISABLE
IT.
