Just wanted to let you know I am really liking the
ubuntu now that I have used it for a week,works well.I
have made a .ini and hal file that will run my
bridgeport stepper mill and can use all of my pins
just like my mach3 setup.I can now run my mill in
either emc or mach with the same pinouts.I ahve 2 hard
drives,linux on 1,windows on the other.I would like to
offer my file so that anyone running a mach controlled
mill with a parallel port and gecko drive setup can
actually try this software without having to rewire
the mill.Im going to have some notes inside the hal
and .ini file that a "regular joe" can understand and
easily get his mill working.Thanks for your great work
putting this package together.
