for the discovery of corporate insider trading, and for finding clusters of
popular songs and artists on P2P networks. These application were
built using Python, C, XML XPath, MySQL, DBM, OpenVPN & Debian Linux x86.
Refactoring a large (100,000 lines of code) perl CGI application for a
financial firm.
Continuing support for Indymedia.org open-publishing code-bases and Internet
servers. Working with the EFF & a diverse group of partner organizations to
design, build & deploy a multi-tiered, highly-available Internet application
for tracking vvoting-related incidents during the 2004 election. Helped
design & deploy a geographically distributed and highly-available cluster of
MySQL database servers & "front-edge" webservers.
Extended a Plone-based corporate accounting application to be in compliance
with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act by integrating open-source code for full-history
support in Zope Enterprise Objects.
Custom PHP programming of Intranet & Internet web applications and Unix
systems support for real-estate firms, travel agencies, and donut/sushi
factories in Hawaii. Full life-cycle development of content management
