Hi, your magazine's article on our project has recently come out, and I found it to be filled with a variety of incorrect pieces of information that are likely to not only create a very significantly increased workload for our staff, but also does not in any way give warning against the damage our software can cause players if improperly installed. Due to the level of simplicity with which you approach the installation question, I feel there's great potential for permanently disabled players by users lead to our project by your article.
As well, because every single link in the article is actually incorrect (while all valid links, not one is for what you claim it is for) the article will greatly confuse new users. It then proceeds to tell users things that are actually blatantly incorrect (for example stating that both the mpeg player and the jpeg viewer need be downloaded separately, which has never been the case) which will create a great influx of a question we have long been striving our very hardest to decrease by documenting in as many places as we possibly can the fact that all plugins are automatically included.
I was hoping you could give me a contact address for someone regarding this article so that perhaps the version published on the webpage if/when that happens could actually contain factual information.
