Rest assured, as per company policy, you are eligible to receive training fee refund as a part of your bonus amount in your next bonus payout. This is with the assumption, and consideration that you continue to fulfill your commitment, and job performance.
Also, please take a note that based on the type of project, complexities, client engagement, the commitment and the notice period keeps changing at an individual level. We believe that you don't have any immediate plans to leave the company, however just wanted to update you that in your case, the notice period has been revised from a standard 45 days to a minimum 3 months for ensuring smooth transition of projects, knowledge transfer, building appropriate team, etc. Your team leader has the authority to shorten or lengthen the period depending on the project, team and company requirements.

Hi Nileshbhai,
I further had a discussion with Mihin with regard to his training fee. Since now he has put his resignation, all his payments will be done as full and final settlement.
You need to update us by which date you would like him to get relieved. As per the applicable policy, Mihin is required to serve 3 months notice period. You can shorten or lengthen this duration depending on project, client and team requirements.

My notice period has been completed on 14th Aug 2015, But due to current circumstances as per our discussion there will be a delay in my relieve date.
So, as per our discussion due to urgency in my new business, I need to be present there in any case whenever there is emergency.
For now i need to be present there from 19th Aug 2015 to 21th Aug 2015
So, please allow me to leave for these days.

As we have already discussed that your notice period date has been extended due to the project situation and you have been already notified by email by Mehulbhai.
Since you have shown some urgency at your new work place and you would like to remain present there. As per the request, I am allowing you to take leaves for 3 days from 19th Aug 2015 to 21st Aug 2015. I am expecting you to be back on 22nd Aug 2015 onwards. Please not that this leaves may drag the project completion dates further so kindly avoid or plan according so that you do not require much leaves in this regard.
