- Beautiful Rooms San Diego came to be out of the inspiration and desire of our very
- own Tanja, wanting to do more for people. As if her regular job doesn't do enough
- for people – Tanja is a nurse and a great one too!
- It was Tanja's dream to manage her own business following the the footsteps of
- her husband whom has several businesses himself. He inspired Tanja and nurtured
- her through business plans and strategy. Once Tanja had everything in place the
- wheels were put in motion and her first guests arrived and were thrilled with the
- warm welcome at their home in Bay Park.
- Utilizing the tools made readily available for promoting vacation rooms, the
- bookings for Tanja's guest room came thick and fast forcing almost instant growth.
- The garage has been professionally converted into an independent guest suite.
- This also took off like wild-fire and other options were explored.
- An RV was purchased and fully renovated and now accommodates up to 6 persons
- at a time. Packed with luxury and state of the art entertainment. This static RV is
- a home away from home.
- The RV hadn't even reached completion when a further two properties were added
- into the mix. A 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom condo in a leisure facility packed
- complex in the Point Loma Heights area of San Diego.
- All this growth meant that additional assistance was needed and help from friends
- was warmly welcomed. Juliet and Tanja work closely to ensure all the guests have
- everything they could possibly require during their stay at each of the properties.
- Whether you are coming to San Diego to visit friends & family, to see your favorite
- bands play at one of our top locations or even for a corporate event, you deserve

- condo conveniently located near the center of a beautiful and safe neighborhood
- close to Down Town. This beautiful apartment is an excellent choice for small
- groups, families and individuals.
- This fantastic condo sleeps 2 + 2. Recently refurbished to exacting standards, the
- bedroom boasts extensive storage space, a light and airy atmosphere, and views
- over San Diego's wonderful landscapes, from Seaworld to the hills. The living room
- continues the light, airy, minimalist feel with extended views as the bedroom offers.
- The kitchen has all the amenities you could possibly require to be comfortable if
- eating at home. Wash off the days sun and sand with a fab shower, or soak in the
- bathtub. It's your choice!

- in a shared apartment. Again recently refurbished this wonderful and comfortable
- apartment offers two room options. A private bedroom with a luxury queen bed
- for two, or a shared room which is a converted lounge area. Obviously a more cost
- effective stop for the shorter term rentals.
- This apartment boasts a large balcony overlooking the central courtyard, and
- leisure facilities.
- Enjoy the nightly fireworks from Seaworld while relaxing in the
- jacuzzi with friends and family.
- Relax and see the breathtaking Californian sunsets sitting by the pool with a
- cocktail or soda.
- Located in a central location and very family friendly environment, the complex is
- conveniently located close to everything, Seaworld, Beach, Downtown/Gaslamp
- Quarter and in nice, gated, safe, clean community.
- The rates are charged per room / condo and not per person. So although each
- room sleeps two, we might be able to accommodate more if given enough notice.
