- Chapter 1: The Big secret
- As Applejack is in the fields, bucking apples as always on a warm day. Granny Smith get in her old rocking chair, the squeaking old chair almost mad Granny Smith fall asleep, she got up and looked around she got a very old photo book. The cover was torn in some parts, as Granny Smith opens the book Big Mac came in and looked at Granny Smith
- “what’s that you are looking at Granny Smith?”
- As granny looks at Big Mac and sighs, she looks at the old photo’s, the photos are from Applejack as a foal her mother is in there too holding her, she looked weak but her smile was bright.
- “Well, I think it’s about time I told you two a secret I have been keeping ever sins AJ’s mom died”
- As Granny Smith pokes her head out of the window looking to see Applejack in the fields, first waving at her hoping she sees her, but Applejack is to busy bucking the apple trees then granny yells
- “HEY, MOVE YOUR KABUSE OVER HERE”
- As Applejack come in the living room Granny Smith opens up the book and a old photo can be seen. On the photo there is a young pony she looks a lot like Applejack but its not.
- “look at this Photo, it was taken when your mother was still young”
- There is a older Pony standing next to the younger one that’s Granny Smith, as they look on in the book more and more photo’s of Applejacks mother and a foal came along the foal was little Applejack, as they started to look more and more resent photos came along then Applejack said something
- “Just a sec, why aren’t there almost no photos of Big Mac holding me when I was a foal? Or even a filly”
- Granny Smith smiled and looked them both in their eyes. And takes out a nother old photo that was on the back of a page, the photo is of a grave in the ponyvile graveyard.
- “its been a long time sins I have see this photo, this is your mother’s grave Applejack, she died just after you were born. But there is something ells as to why there aren’t any photos of you and Big Mac is.” Granny stoped and got a small booklet
- “this is the reason why? Big Mac is sent really your Brother he was the son of the best friend of your father, his friend died just some months after you turned 3 years old. This has been kept secret form you sins that day, I promised your father not to tell you both what happened but I am getting older and older and well I can’t keep it a secret for much longer. And befor I leave this places I just wanted to have this off my chest”
- Applejack had tears in her eyes as Granny Smith told her this, because ever sinds AJ could rembere she had a kind of crush on Big Mac but she diddent want to tell him that not then and not even now. As granny continued.
- “as we took Big Mac in his memory of that day was gone maybe it was the shock or something els but he believed he was your brother he was 5 when he came here
