As you know we have been running our current Beta service for nearly a year now and in that time we have received a lot of feedback from a lot of users.
Based on this feedback and incredible support over the past year we have been working hard to develop and implement many changes - primarily devoted to making it easier and more flexible to use. So, we are delighted to announce that we are now nearly ready to launch … as a commercial service.
We are therefore writing to advise that on Monday 25th February 2008 we will be closing the current Free Beta program as it stands and this will necessitate the removal of all current users and their desktops.
Unfortunately due to some major changes, and very importantly our terms of service, we are unable to carry your account across to the new … platform automatically and we therefore ask that you now retrieve any personal files and/or data you have stored on … as you will not be able to gain access to them after the 25th.
If you are receiving this email because you applied for a … account at some stage over the past year but did not manage to connect to it sucessfully for whatever reason we hope you will try out our new service, which we are sure you will find a lot easier to use.
May we take this opportunity to thank you again for your continued and invaluable support and hope that you will be able to re-join us in our new incarnation when we go live in March.
